Rude, lousy service. I come in and make a purchase of approximately $20, the only change which I have on hand is a $50. The cashier refuses the money, I mean, having worked in retail 20 years and convenience most recently the last year...you don't have a 20 and a 10 in your drawer? Or an on site bank? O could get if I handed you a 100, but really?

Stop to get coffee and gas , makes a bad day for customers and the employee when there's no lids for your coffee. Employee have to explain the reason to everyone. Have to waste more time going somewhere else.

This gas station sucks I tried to get gas because I was on empty the “assistant manager “ claims there’s a policy on carrying 80$ change in the cash register it’s crazy to hear that it wasn’t even 8pm yet neither horrible service he also was eating food at the counter while serving customers so unprofessional…

Very friendly staff. The guys that are at the entrance of the wash section, greet you kindly! There are 2 guys that I request to only do my car. There the best. They do an amazing job and both do a thoroughly job. Jose does interior and car exterior. And, the other guy takes over the rims, tires, and exterior black molding. Thanks guys for getting the job done ?

Came to pick up a lottery ticket and employee told me that I have to show my ID. Really? Don't I look old enough to buy a ticket? LOL She says that they have to do it every time. Seems inconvenient to me.

It's a gas station but has a high end car wash and car wash club $35-60 unlimited car washes. Plus extras like hand waxing available.

I had two memberships for the car wash and when I decided to cancel due to getting a roof rack and the time it takes to get both my cars washed. When I talked to the cashier she told me I would have to come back on Monday. I let her know that I work over 200 mile away m-f and the weekend is the only time I can come in. I asked if there was another way and she and two other employees said no. I had to call my credit card company to have them cancel the membership. I will not ever go back to this gas station or carwash due to the poor customer service.

Paid for VIP and they added an SUV surcharge which is fine, but zero quality in their work. They didn't wipe down or vacuum the seats, cup holders or anything. What's the SUV charge for if you aren't cleaning any part of the SUV ? Horrible job.

Went in to get my car washed yesterday, paid for the executive and was very disappointed in the service i received. First off I had some smudges on on the exterior, when I was called over that my car was ready I was told about doing the hard water treatment. I said I would do it another time, but I asked about the smudges, he said oh yeah you need the treatment. I proceeded to then scratch off the smudge with my fingernail and he goes "oh" and wipes it with his towel. Well, later that day, I go into my backseat and lift the center console and they didn't even vacuum underneath it!! Seriously?? You couldn't be bothered to list it and vacuum under it? I was furious. I can't believe I wasted money on the car wash. And tip too

I came to this place to have a rather large vegetable oil stain taken out of my front passenger seat. Weather or not they could remove it, I was unsure. I showed them the seat before paying for any service. Sergio the senior service advisor had me to pull my car in so they could take a look. Victor looked at it and started working on the stain as well as vacuumed and polished my car! The stain was removed and I couldn't be any happier! They provided exceptional customer service to me and did their best to make me happy
