Hey soo hopefully the store owner reads this post its about your manager Virginia who been there 18 years and she made sure to announce this to the 7 other people behind me I approached the counter and asked to load cash app she said NOO!!!!! Very rudely and aggressively which was uncalled for and starts threatening to ban me from the store I just moved into Redlands sir an I walk there 3 to 5 times a day I'm a loyal customer Wether she has been your manager there for 18years or 49 years it's still unprofessional to address loyal customers In this fashion those 18 years have made her complacent an shes forgot that customer service always starts with a smile not tattooed eye brows that look like she's scowling 24/7 I hope you can address this issue with your manager an humble her any way you can because she needs it I did nothing wromg.to get banned from your store an hope you will talk to her an remind her how she treats customers is a reflection of you she's representing you while she's behind that counter an I'm sure you would not want her treating your customers this way no excuses if 18 years has made her think she xan do what ever she wants I advise you to remind her no matter how long she's been working there she's doesn't need to take it out on the customer

A staff member was able to make it possible to send one of my family members cash (as a one-time thing) after 11:pm I thought it very courteous of him to understand the importance of the matter. A big help to me. He didn't have to do this

Was trying to pay a bill through PayNearMe. Indian apoo cashier got rude and tried to intimidate me because he couldn't understand what I was trying to do.
Had to go to another 7/11, wouldn't recommend this dump.

Live down the street from this store and used to visit on a frequent basis but I now try to avoid at all costs. Have had nothing but negative experiences at this store and know multiple people with similar experiences. I don't know if it was the time of day or if this place generally attracts sketchy folks, but it was late and I was met with the misfortune of needing to pump gas from here. It was not a good experience. Their card readers at the pumps were not working so I had to go inside and pay. The worker was either a middle easterner or indian-looking guy and he was very unprofessional. The clientele there, whom I assume are locals because they seem to know each other, were not any better. I can't say about the daytime, but I recommend staying away from this place at night because the hills may have eyes. Iykyk.

I literally just left here I'm in coming here for the last 12 years and they told me I cannot add paper cash to my cash app.
You know how unprofessional and inconvenient that is of a woman that's 36 years of age at this time of night.
The OWNER needs to properly display that because it is ABSOLUTELY SO INCONVENIENT THAT IT MAKES IT UNPROFESSIONAL

Went to go get propane and gas at a convenient place located at a home Depot where we needed to pick up materials from but I guess they don't sell propane on Sundays so apparently they don't do that just today from what the guy behind the cash register said and no there was no one in there when I entered the store no customers at exactly the time of 10:20am between 10:30am so instead getting gas and propane we decided to take our business elsewhere so if you expect friendly and helpfull customer service then I suggest you take your business else where cause this place was the exact opposite of a convenient store .

Thank you for participating in the Free slurpee day. Your mix wasn't ready on a lot of flavors but you did the best you could with the ones that were ready still. I made sure to support by also purchasing snacks for the kids. We will continue to support your store versus others who chose not to participate in the free slurpee day.
