I can’t believe the state of the 24 Hour Fitness in Redlands. This place is super dirty! The treadmills make so much noise they sound like they’re about to break, and they’re covered in thick layers of hair and sweat. It seems like they have never been cleaned! There are never any paper towels to clean the equipment. The whole gym smells like cheese, and the sauna is so disgusting it makes you want to throw up. This is completely unacceptable, especially for Redlands. I expected much better. They need new management or more staff!

This gym is so dirty it's not even funny I am so sick of it. They added a stupid vase with flowers to the restrooms a few weeks back like that does something but the place is still nasty af. The machines have thick layers of crust on them, both in the cup holders and on the outside in general. The cardio machines have sweat stains all over (dried sweat drip), there is hair on the floor of the training room (the wad of hair has been there for two weeks by the fire exit), pee/paper on the restroom floors, it goes on and on it's nuts. It's been like this for almost the past year too. It does NOT get better!!! They are also always out of either disinfectant or paper towels so you can't even do your part to clean up. I hate that this is the gym closest to me because it is GROSS! Not worth the money at all.

I first started coming to this gym in 2015 when it opened. I stopped going here a few years in, switched gyms elsewhere, and here I am again in 2024 and omg why is it so dirty in this gym?? Love all the equipment available compared to Esporta (the other gym I go to), but omg Esporta is way cleaner than this 24 hours. The sauna room stinks, there’s hair in the girls room and dust in between the cracks of the machines and spacing. And the sauna room looks like it’s molding because I don’t think wood panels should be turning black ?

My husband and I have been going to this gym since it opened and it’s gotten progressively gross throughout the years. I finally got inclined to leave this review because of the invite in the ladies room. Speaking of the ladies room, I often see the restrooms being cleaned yet somehow ALWAYS see it filthy. Half of the sinks are broken and to make it feel “elevated” they recently placed a vase of fake flowers in the corner as if that’s what women look for.
The staff that “welcomes us” seem to all be depressed and miserable. The greeting of the usual script is so repetitive. When it comes to the equipment I’d say that’s the worse. I understand that members do use and abuse most of the equipment. But half of the machines are broken. None of the plank treadmills incline. And we seem to lose one every month. Most of the cable machines have cuts in their cables. NONE aid the weights are ever put back where they are stored. Again in understand that it’s the members who cause this, but I wish the staff would encourage/enforce this common courtesy. I just go here for the price, the convenience, and the few machines that aren’t broken trashed. It seems like such a waste of good space.

First time working out at 24 hr fitness. I was considering leaving EOS, not anymore. One of my favorite things is sitting in the sauna, but this gym is coed. I’m a woman and it was filled with guys. I’m not used to that and don’t think I could get used to that. And it made me nauseous sitting in there with a bunch of sweaty stinky guys. No offense guys, but I just couldn’t. I’m canceling my membership there.

So I came into the gym bought a combination lock . I couldn’t figure it out. Try to return it , they don’t take returns. I don’t have $12 to throw away. Would’ve been nice For a sign stating all sales final.

This place is horrible customer service. Signed up online and joined for the June special , went in on the weekend for my first workout and the female employee try’s to tell me my out of state drivers license(snow bird from CO) isn’t good enough for membership check in ( I had barcode on phone as well) employee not only blocked me from entering but states that it’s this locations policy. First of all I checked with corporate and no where does it state that my ID zip code has to be the same as the gym zip code. ? This weekend female employee not only ruined a brand new membership that I can’t use, but is destroying the odds of getting new members. This gym is horrible customer service. Still waiting for management to call me. More than likely this horrible sour customer service is tricking down from upper management. Refund my membership and deposit/ initiation fees.

This gym is filthy. The bathrooms are remarkably filled with soap scum, dirt, and filth. The water fountain filters are not even changed. See photos

This place is gross they never have any of those wipes to wipe down machines and there bathrooms are nasty. I'm never coming here again it's only because I forgot in the first place I told the management this time too.

Big, spacious.
Now the dislikes…. It never feels clean. I often see the same splats and dirt in the bathroom week to week. The same giant dust and hairballs under the equipment. The same drips and crust on the machines. Trainers will train during peak hours and take three machines all while chit chatting about life and what not while not allowing other paying customers to work through like they are there and dedicated to doing.
In reply to 24hr. The aforementioned problems would be a great fix. Cleanliness would certainly help!
