XPO was to deliver a large HVAC unit, with thermostat in separate box that supplier said was on top. Delivery was delayed due to weather. Our vacation was postponed two days because we needed to be present to receive it. It still didn’t arrive, so when we spoke to the company to get an ETA, they said it would still be a few days out, and when we asked if they could hold it until our return, they said it would cost $100/day. We left town, and it arrived the next day, without the promised phone call prior to delivery. The box with the thermostat was not there. We had to have a neighbor receive the HVAC.SECOND issue: the HVAC was defective so XPO was sent to pick it up. Again- NO phone call ahead of time. Neighbor was fortunately home to handle as we were at work. No paperwork or return order # was issued. HVAC vendor had difficulty locating our return as a result, and refund was delayed. The thermostat never came, so I imagine someone is enjoying a new $250 smart thermostat somewhere.

Absolutely horrible company! Fitness bike was delivered 4/25 (Monday) and was delivered without the power cord. I’m super understanding tech said he’d get it to us that upcoming Thursday. By Thursday morning I had not heard anything so called and unable to schedule due. Low and behold I get told NEXT Thursday between 2-6pm. It’s now 5:15pm I still have not received my phone call 30 minutes prior to delivery so I go out back on our property to feed my horses. Not even 5 minutes later I see the truck pulling out of our driveway and I try to chase it down. Then I’m on the phone with customer service and they say they cannot reschedule until 24-48 hours after delivery attempt. I understand but want it made a priority as it is not my fault. Fast forward to now Monday I call to schedule and they lie and tell me they only deliver on Mondays and I now have to wait another week. How is that when I just tried to chase down their truck last Thursday?!?!? He also says no hub within 200 miles that’s a lie because I’m 20 miles away from Redding. Now almost 3 weeks after initial delivery and still no power cord and continuously lied to and deceived by a company. Avoid with all costs!!!

They changed delivery date, then didn’t ever show up or call but said no one was home when I tracked delivery. 2nd time ordering something big from Costco and it doesnt get better. This is so frustrating that I probably won’t ever order from Costco again. I’m inclined to cancel my order. Why Costco can’t find a competent honest delivery company is beyond ridiculous.

Terrible delivery company! Find anyone but xpo lost-gistics.The drivers lie about delivery attempts, calling attempts, and the company messes up address locations every time.One drive claimed couldn't deliver because nobody was home but we were home ALL day. Then next excuse is that they could not locate our home...what a crock.Customer service is a joke and are clueless or do not care with no way of actually helping.Get delivery service from any other company if you can, save yourself the stress and regular disappointment.

I rarely write reviews but the commnication for the delivery of our new bed from Costco was awesome!! We received a call to schedule, text and email the day prior and day of delivery. The delivery crew called when they were 20 minutes from our home, they were polite, efficient, and wearing masks. We couldn't have asked for an easier delivery!!

I’ve have numerous deliveries though this company at least 5 in the last few years. Only once was Tammy able to make sure the delivery was on time. They seem to never want to deliver in a timely manner putting my order on the back burner. They’ve asked me to pick it up at their Redding location 60 miles from the delivery drop multiple times. I’ve been told the delivery was coming on a date and time. I waited all day. When I called they said there was an issue but no communication until I called. They continually BS around and I’ve had enough. I wish there were a way to put companies like this out of business so that they can’t continue to miss treat people.This last delivery was in their yard for weeks and by the time I got it 6 out of ten pallets were trashed.

Refused to deliver freight to fame location fed ex and other carriers go all the time.Tried to get me to drive 20 miles to meet truckI don't reccomend this company.I'm a professional driver.Bad business

The receptionist was rude. She would cut me off when I was speaking, and very resistant to options for the delivery. They sent a huge semi box truck out for one pallet, then refused to drop in the back lot of our property, and refused to back it into the front driveway. Knowing we have a gravel driveway, they brought a hand truck that cannot move through gravel. Therefore my pallet of materials were dropped by the street outside my yard. Poor customer service

Could hardly be considered a freight company. Their poor organization, lack of communication, and poor quality employees wasted me thousands. Pure Incompetence.
