Well packaged, but terribly under labeled. A large piece of framed artwork arrived with shattered glass. Only two small FRAGILE stickers were attached on the outside, one on each side. GLASS stickers should also have been attached.
I was the recipient.

I have used this place for over a year now to ship all of my small business items, as well as items for my job. Unfortunately, I have had nothing but a horrible experience since November. I had a badly damaged item show up to a customer, and I have been trying to get this issue solved and I have been ignored, false information has been put onto my claim, and I have been swept under the rug. The girl I have been dealing with has been extremely unprofessional and I will not be returning for anymore business. This has been a nightmare to deal with and it’s sad how this place turned out.

The staff here has to be among the most respectful and helpful staff I’ve met, taking time to help me while I was confused with something concerning shipping my packages.I came to Wrap N Pack because I needed to send my family members some items they were relying on me to get for their daughters quinceañera. The staff was very willing to help me out and answer any questions I had concerning shipping my packages. The staff was also talked in such an uplifting tone which was way better than the stern and harsh tone I have received from staff members at other shipping services because of this I was able to easily communicate with the staff here and quickly get my package shipped.The staff here contributes to the nice, welcoming, and family friendly environment at Wrap N Pack with how willing they are to work with people such as myself and show nothing but kindness. I enjoyed the service I received here and will continue to come to Wrap N Pack when I am in need of shipping services as well as recommending it to friends and family!

During the christmas holiday i used Wrap N Pack to ship gifts to my family across the country.The people working the front desk were very helpful and very polite.Will definitely be using this service again in the future. Happy Holidays!

I try not to post bad reviews unless it's important. There are new owners that seem like they're from out of town, and I feel obligated to warn people about how they treat their staff and customers.My family has been using this service for many years. We know the staff well, and they have always been so kind and welcoming.Just as the other reviewer said recently, it was like a little family. It had a great environment. Especially due to our favorite staff member who I just learned they had either fired, or she left due to how poorly she was obviously being treated by them. She was there for many years.Now, the new owners have come in. A couple who are micro-managing the staff to the point of not allowing them to give a warm greeting to their regulars. They couldn't even chat with my family and I even in the slightest, when there's no other customers or business to be attending to.Picture those episodes in The Office where Will Ferrell comes in as the new manager and it quickly becomes miserable. It's like that, but worse and not funny.Here in Shasta County, we largely care about integrity, kindness, and loyalty.

The new owners haven't got a clue on how to run a shipping store. They have made the store pretty... but impractical. If you are thinking about going there to ship your Christmas packages.... they fired all but one person that knows the shipping process, so odds are your package won't make it.

Extremely friendly staff, very helpful, right to the point all the time. I used the notary a couple of times and the lady was very quick and friendly. They have plenty of stuff to help you get your package going and are informative about the different kinds of transport you can pay for.

This was my first experience with Wrap n Pack since the new owners took over, and I won't be going back again. It used to feel like it was a big family, everyone got along and it was a friendly atmosphere. Now you can cut the tension with a knife. The girl that waited on me kept apologizing for not being able to make change.I ended up using my card to pay. Seems like the new owners are more interested in making the place look pretty than the actual day to day running of the business.
