“I rarely write business reviews but this one I just had to share. I was headed up to the Trinity area a couple of weeks ago, when I got my SECOND flat tire of my trip which started in the SF Bay Area. This happened on a Saturday at 4:30 pm. I was unable to wait for AAA due to the unbearable heatwave that was happening (it was 115 in Redding, and AAA said it would be a 3+ hour wait due to heat related incidences). I called every big name tire shop in Redding, Big O, etc., to try and purchase a tire and not one human picked up my call. I came across Redding Tire and Wheels and Mohammad ANSWERED the phone, helped me with the correct tire size I needed, and STAYED open for me and my family past their regular business hours. He and his dad actually waited for me to arrive with my car and changed all four tires while I waited, which took about an hour past their closing time! I cannot express my appreciation enough! Thank you Mohammad for being professional, knowledgeable, and kind. If anyone reading this needs tire service, please bypass the big names and call Redding Tire and Wheels!! I could not be more grateful! Ten stars!! ?”

“Great service. I liked hearing the details when fixing my car. Very nice people working there. I saw some nice hot rods being worked on in the shop, which makes me feel good about taking my repairs there. Thanks for the great service!”

“Great people and great service. It took a while to get a trailer done but come to realize they were making sure the torque specs for the tires were to the manufacturer specifications. It was on a weekend and it was closed but they figured it out. Thanks for keeping us safe!”

“The manager came out and personally helped me with my tires and taught me how to fix the problem myself within five minutes. Great guys, and refused a tip because he didn't want people to see and feel like they had to tip for good service. Will be back!”

“I've found that America's Tire is the best place to get tires and the easiest to deal with. Mostly too because it's a chain that honers it's warranty at all of it's stores, so if I'm traveling and have tire problems, there's a store nearby in most major cities. America's Tire goes by Discount Tires outside of CA. The best way to get tires is do the shopping online, they have tools to get you the right tire you need unless you already have a choice, they have the best prices and will match the prices elsewhere. I used to think Tire Rack had better prices and selection, but now I found out America's Tire and Tire Rack both have the same owner, so that means you can get tires at Tire Rack and have them delivered to and installed by any America's Tire! The included warranty includes free flat repair for the life of useful tread remaining. Trust me, I've had to used that feature many times, sometimes out of town too! No probs! To get the best service, MAKE an APPOINTMENT! Things go way better that way. Not much wait and off you go!”

“I thought these people were fantastic. I was about to go on a trip and I had a last minute thought that I should get the tires checked on my pickup. He found a huge tear and they dropped everything and put two brand new front tires on the vehicle in about a half an hour or less. Thank you Carlos and whoever else was working with you that day, you were both fantastic. Thank you”
