“After replacing three rotors, pads, and finally a caliper... All to no avail... I started to suspect what turned out to be the problem. This is over a 2-year period of driving with intermittent but always returning steering wheel vibration when I apply the brakes. I decided I had done everything to the right passenger side brake system on my Honda Odyssey so my brain was forced to consider what I thought was the unlikely alternative that it was actually not that wheel at all but the driver's side. I had become fixated in my opinion so I took a long time to get around to that but I took both rotors off and dropped them on Jeff's counter at which time he instantly pointed to the driver side rotor and pointed out residue in about a 1-in band that he said would have been from ceramic brakes. When he pointed it out I instantly recognized that it wasn't that normal looking so I was on the trail but he got to it instantly, turned the brakes, I went home put them on and wham bam problem solved! I'm just adding my review to many reviews about Redding Wheel and Brake being highly expert in their business.”
“I made a appointment for a alignment, my son took my truck in, found out I have problems with ball joints and such. They proced to align the front end as well as possible. When finished, my son waited to pay and was told NO CHARGE! When the front end is fixed bring it back for the alignment. Who does this anymore? Total awesome in these times!! I'm shouting out to all my friends, Custom Wheel Services, Shasta county's best!!!”

“I am extremely grateful This company! From one business owner who absolutely needs to operate and cannot have issues when they happen, having company around like Les Schwab, Is absolutely a lifesaver. We were stuck in the middle of nowhere on a highway that had a 6% grade in 100° heat with a blown out tire on my moving truck. To make it even worse, we had a very rare type tire that is really hard for a rare truck model and somehow they found it within 10 minutes. They made it up into the mountain in the middle of nowhere in about 45 minutes. Got the tire and installed it within an hour and we were back on the road in about an hour total!
