Needed to get my cat a general health check-up. He was completely shaken up by putting him in the carrier and the car. Dr.Uhler handled him with kindness and finished the exam and treatment in short order so he could go home. Very good place to take your four-legged family members!

Good experience. Veterinary care is costly, however this group does a good job doing all they can for your dollar and care is quality.

We always have such a good experience taking our cats here, and our cats respond well to the doctors and staff at Westside Pet Hospital. We brought our youngest guy in yesterday for some shots and to schedule his neuter. They handled his crazy kitten energy with ease, and we left with a purring boy who quickly forgave them. They are also so kind and gentle with our grumpy senior cat, handling him with extra care and showing him lots of love. I won't take my guys anywhere else!

We are so pleased with Westside Pet Hospital. We have had three huskies since we moved to Redding in 2017. They took amazing care of our beloved, Mac, during his palliative care for cancer and their kindness when we needed to put him to sleep was touching. We were there with him the whole time. Miss that pup. We now have two huskies, Caesar, age 4, and Tasha, age 1.5. Our pups have no hesitation going to the vet which says a lot. Caesar walks in and starts talking to let everyone know he is there. He gets a lot of love and pets from the staff. Tasha is a bit more introverted and likes to sit by us until they come to get her. Then her tail starts wagging and she gives out kisses to everyone. The staff and doctors are always engaged, professional, friendly and informative. They have a pet care plan that is phenomenal. We have it for both pups, and it helps makes the cost of care affordable. When your dogs are happy to be seeing the vet that is a very good thing. We truly appreciate and are grateful for all they do for our beloved dogs and for us.

I've always had a great experience with Westside. They care about your animals and go above and beyond to help you understand what is needed. I recently had to say goodbye to my elderly dog. They were wonderful. They made the process less painful than it could have been. Gave me as much time as I needed before and after. I'm truly grateful to the staff for everything they do.

The doctor and vet techs are great, and they were providing great care for my dog. Unfortunately, the office staff, especially the hospital manager Odessa Wright, are awful.

My fur baby woke up with a swollen face, they got him in quickly while I was working. Called me to give an update and what needed to be done. Picked him up after work and the healing began.

Good service with aids and front office. Doctor professional, but could explain cost of shots more. Before giving them. Worm test was 75, but I wasnt prepared for that cost either. I will be more on top of things next time.
