I've been waiting to come to Weston and Company for my hair for so long. Now that I'm back in town, my mind is so at ease when it's time for a hair appointment. Janae knows what she's doing. She has the experience and education to back her and does an amazing job every. single. time. There have been times when I've gotten a wild hair up my butt wanting something that she knows wouldn't suit me and she let's me know what will and won't look good on me and I love that. IF you just listen to her and let her work, she'll work her magic and you won't be disappointed. I recommend her all the time.

Zero natural talent for hair. I think she is colorblind because what she says is blonde is actually brown. Nice lady, but in wrong biz.

My hair has been a mess! If you can't do a short haircut, say something and don't butcher your clients hair! I am still waiting for it to grow out enough for a reshaping.

Janae Is the best stylist I have ever been too. She listens to what you want and gives it to you. I know when I go to get my Hair colored it will be perfect everytime. She also does an awesome job with my extentions. I would never go anywhere else, I love her.

Best men's cut/style I've ever had! Absolutely love Janae' Howland (owner/stylist). Definitely worth the drive from Chico every 6 weeks. The receptionist Cooper always gives you a warm welcome.

Janae is the only person in Redding that I trust my hair with. Before going to Janae, I would practically micro manage my hair stylists down to the nearest hair follicle- just to make sure they completely understood what I wanted. Janae is so intuitive, patient, and professional while making you feel comfortable and at ease. I used to dread getting my hair done- now I look forward to it! Sometimes you even get the utter pleasure of having her golden lab join you for cute puppy dog eye stares or to share his toy! Lastly, her studio is gorgeous! So chic and modern with hints of well placed eclectic decorations. Hands down, she's your best bet for everything hair in Redding and surrounding areas. I'm hooked!

review from my wife... i first starting see Janae at another Salon back in 2015 so when she jumped on the opportunity to start her own business it was a no brainer to follow! She maintains my blonde balayage each time i go in and i get compliments all the time. It's rare to find a stylist who is genuinely personable, loves what they do and who consistently does a quality job, is fairly priced and goes above and beyond to serve you as the customer. I have no problem referring her to all my friends and family. she cuts/styles/ colors my husbands and my sons hair as well as my sister and a few girlfriends. we love Janae! And Cooper the dog, of course! Highly recommend for a solid and honest hair stylist! You won't regret it! she is superb at balayage and ombré!
