We needed a new copy machine, we knew the size we wanted and we knew that we needed technical help to be available. The company we were with would put us off for weeks when we needed assistance. We approached numerous companies and hit gold with Western Business Products. Dennis, the owner, is a local businessman with a family here. He listened to what we needed, provided it and even stored our old leased machine until that contract was up. The technicians are experienced and friendly, the office staff is reliable and efficient and Dennis is amazing. We have a Lanier IM C3000 - it's GREAT.

I am giving one star because I saw a driver in redding from this company fly down the highway and cut people off at over 90mph, cut across 2 lanes of traffic dangerously and exit at shasta view, person in question was driving a white kia with this logo stamped on the back, it makes this company look bad when your drivers drive like this, I was going 75, and he passed me like I was standing still
