I honestly hate going to Wells Fargo they normally don’t have the best service. I went in at about 4:58 pm. Yes I know that’s kinda rude but I needed to make a wire so I could close on my house and get the heys the next day. Instead of turning me away or trying to rush me, Casey Gilmartin stepped up to help me and we got the wire done quick and easy. Thank you Casey.

The lack of bankers is ridiculous. I walked in to open an acct for my son and there is only one banker and they had appointments. If thr bankers is going to be booked with appts it seems like there should be more bankers available at the branch. I have banked with Wells Fargo for years and have never experienced the lack of help and lack of bankers previously.

Banks are like lawyer's There a necessity of life now day's.this one's no better or no worse....but at least this oneis better than Bank of America.they don't hit you with all kinds of fee's so As far as banks go.this one's not so bad.I've been with them for 15 year's....?But as far as a negative goes.it would be nice if they had longer hour's!by the time most people get offWork There closed....?

I live 40 miles away from a bank. When I call the speak with someone they don’t answer their phone!! How does one get proper service when needed? Horrible service!

All of the outside ATMs have been recently updated. There are two walk up, one by the ADA parking, and a drive-thru. The location is usually easy to get in and out.

They need to open another location or something. I'm counting 30+ customers in here and we're moving real slow. Also ordered my card from them a month ago and still haven't gotten it.

I haven't had much interaction with the staff I mainly use the ATMs. Of what little interactions I've had, I have no complaints. The ATMs however I give a 2 star review for because any time I need to make a cash deposit, the machines return my money or are full so cannot accept any money. The drive through ATM got jammed while returning my deposite of cash. Would be nice to get updated machines that actually work because I prefer Branch locations and the next closest one is Red Bluff.

They go out of their way to put off helping long time customers. My parents are over 50 year customers, yuppie employee has no interest. No manager working at this location. Go to North Valley, instead.

I almost didn't go here after reading the reviews, but I'm glad I went. It was great customer service..I was able to open a new bank account. They were very friendly, very helpful. I would recommend to anyone. Ignore the negative reviews, because this place is great!

I should have read the reviews before going to this branch, however, I had to go to a branch because opening an account online they needed to verify my IDs etc. fair enough I figured I will just bring IDs to the nearest branch and be done with it, as an international businessman I understand the importance of proper identification and verification procedures. BUT NOPE! My experience here was unbelievably difficult and the service over all was very poor. I'm not a complainer, I did not make a scene or even use hyperbole wile conversing with the staff to show IDs and finish the process of my online account set up. I was advised to just open an account with the banker instead of completing the one I set up online (I guess so the banker could get credit) as it would be faster and somehow easier. Nevertheless, I don't care I just want the account and I will be on my way. I know I know you're asking yourself why would I do business with demonstrated criminals anyway, well, because time heals and WF has a service I would like to use that is faster than my other banks by 1/3 the time. I was 10 minutes early, wore a mask and i waited patiently in the lobby while two ladies came in a few minutes after me went before me, which did not bother me but it was 1/2 hour before I was called over to start the appointment. Moreover, I simply only had $20 in USD but I had lots of cash in other currency, left my checks at the office, but I had several other debit cards loaded with funds I could use. The banker wanted me to pay a fee to get more cash, go stand in line to see a teller over $5. This whole ordeal was over $5 little dollars. They caused a horrible experience over $5 inconsequential dollars. The manager came over with security. I asked them in a very professional tone and voice if they wanted to earn my business she said yes "but technically," then she starts preaching policy reiteration wasting more of my time. So I asked her why don't they just let me use the debit card I don't mind paying the fee or the full amount (although that is a poor service move on them) as my time is more important, so then the manager says sure just enter your card on the desk terminal and don't go stand in line. This is simply what I settled for with the banker Juan Cisneros but for some reason it took the branch manager and a security guard to hear me out just to get what I already agreed to do in the beginning. Why did the banker Juan need to continuously waste my time? Is there a credit matrix for the banker to keep someone at their desk for a certain period of time in their sales tactics or what? Incomprehensibly, inconceivably, unprofessional and poor service. I've taken the 7 minutes to type this honest and empirical testimony to help the community businessmen and women who value their time and the time of their staff members to avoid doing business at this location.
