I would give this place a zero star if I could! Their pharmacy is a joke! DO NOT HAVE YOUR PRESCRIPTIONS FILLED HERE! AND I REPEAT! DO NOT HAVE YOUR PRESCRIPTIONS FILLED HERE! Enough said! Hope you stay away from this hell hole of a place.

The only downside is, they don't have an electric wheelchair (but that's ok).
Other than that, I've had nothing but positive encounters with this facility.
They are always well stocked, very fast with curbside, very helpful in store, especially those with disabilities.
I hope none of y'all leave ?

Flat out horrible and mismanaged.
Brenda is an extremely rude and very unhelpful and made direct comments about sexuality that are gross.
Julie lost the store thousands from the store over the phone yet she still has a position despite breaking this very rule. But don't worry they got some money back.
Melissa...many have had to watch her scream and Berating her fellow coworkers. And has often cornered some employees to have direct time with them with out anyone seeing the rude things they are saying
Toni the 'assistant manager' was such a has since been demoted and is now trying her littlest as a beauty consultant.
Jamie is lazy person that shouldnt even be at this store.Also why is the stores manager giving the person She is in an active relationship with hours. Seems like a rule violation to me.
And Scott is a creep that won't be Dealt with by upper management.

Says this place is open right now is 100% false. Went there this evening after a just lovely ol time at the SRMC ER knowing that would be my for sure best bet. Living here since 1984 one should know about all there is to know in this rotten town. Not only was I wrong, the ill-mannered grouch felt the need to Bark at me as I'm walking up to drop off my lousy Rx, "WERE CLOSED!! I ask if the drive up service is open and was Barked at again, "NO! Said WE'RE CLOSED-- COME BACK TUESDAY!"
Meanwhile 4-5 name tag technicians are just standing around, shooting the breeze.
Terrible day that ended with terrible rude behavior and no medication for another 2 days. Thanks for nothing Walgreens on Cypress

Called and tried to get ahold of someone at the pharmacy and had to listen to their hold music for 20 minutes at a time before I was hung up on.

This is the worst, only ever has 1 person working the pharmacy for the window and counter with huge lines at all times. Basically expect at least an hour for a prescription that is already filled just to pick it up. Should hire more people or only do the drive thru or the counter, not both.

Why is it that all three or four pharmacist have to take a break at the same time leaving a huge rush of waiting customers after they get back and orders are not fulfilled that were submitted over 2 hours ago??? Ridiculous.

Got to store at 915 only to find a closed to do floors sign on door. They closs at 10. That is not good business at all. I closed at taco bell for 10 years never did we close to do cleaning wish we could have though.

This pharmacy... I get they are busy but they also seem to hate their clients- she short haired older woman is simply awful. My mom got discharged from hospital at 1:00, waited until 5:30 because I've already had bad experiences and knew it would likely not be ready. My turn... walk up and tell what I'm there for and she said with disdain"not ready, we close in 10 minutes " I said "well that won't work, she needs them tonight" had them 5 minutes later. My question is this. If they can, why don't they? They were sending people away who needed medicine! Why not smile, and work a little faster?!

Would give it zero stars if I could waited for my meds to be ready since about 11:30am I called 2 times to check status they hadn't started on it yet. So I drive the 30 min drive to Walgreens went through the drive thru with no cars behind me she said it would be 20 mins that's it so I made sure no one was behind me and would of moved if someone came behind me. But Lori in a rude voice said you can't just sit here I said okay and went to a store and came back well Lori didn't even ask my birthday didn't say a word, then the pharmacy tech Kim came over the phone and knew my name asked for my birthday and told me she just sent my other meds and it was approved and said I couldn't come back through the drive thru I would have to come in to pick up or come back tomorrow. I'm sorry but I didn't go in for a reason. Don't go here nothing but rude people!!
