This place is horrible. Takes 10-20 mins per car at the pharmacy drive through. Consistent bad service! Never coming back here. Many other options close or online.

Manager is extremely rude. Did not let my boyfriend and i purchase what we needed. There is no clear policy on item limits and she only let us purchase so many. Stated we were all in the same house etc. We live separate not sure why she assumed ? We also have separate numbers etc, we just had all items in 1 cart. Not a coupon friendly store.

This has always been my pharmacy of choice. The service here is gone drastically downhill. I understand that it may be hard to find help, but as a company they need to do whatever it takes to fix the issue. I have tried to call them twice today and have been on hold for over 45 minutes each time. Whenever I go into the store to use the pharmacy the wait is ridiculous and it's worse in the drive through. I will say the staff is always polite and appear to be working as fast as they can; however, they are not able to keep up. I will most likely be transferring my business elsewhere if I can find anyone else not facing the same issues.

The pharmacy is complete crap and incompetent. The had my prescription for 10 days and was never filled! It is for stage 4 COPD. They dont even have to count pills!! Or mix anything!!. I called them and the rude SOB flat said if you dont call you wont be at the top of the list then disconnected me. If they are tgat short handed..then they need to arrange for other pharmacys to take the accounts and shut down. My ability to breath is dependant on these meds and this is how they treat people?? If you have a choice of pharmacies...go ANYWHERE ELSE! Ignorance reins supreme at Cypress WALGREENS

Lemme start here...I waited a day before posting this review so it wasn't based on emotion...thank da lawd for coping skills! Note: This review is about the pharmacy alone. I come to this pharmacy often, not because I have the itchy and scratchies, rather because of the population I manage. Normally there are minor hiccups, but nothing too major. I don't fault them for that because I get it,... I'm going to the drug dealer and not everything is gonna go smoothly ALL the time. I want my dope man to have some level of efficiency though. I waited in a standing line for over an hour just to be told that the medications aren't ready. I explained that the order should have been sent over when my client was medically discharged a couple days ago. The gal told me it was, but since they were about to close I'd need to return the following day. Ahhh hell to the naw! I'll go purchase a tent and an air mattress, (cause I'm kinda bougie like that) and camp inside this store but this prescription is gonna be filled today. The young lady who was very sweet btw happily obliged. Whatever system this pharmacy has going on is highly ineffective and managed poorly. In this town I've never seen so many people employed that DON'T want to work, yet there are so many unemployed people, EAGER to work but cannot get hired for past history reasons. MERICA!! Wild HUH? NOTE: HOURS POSTED ON SITE FOR THE PHARMACY ARE INCORRECT AND THEY ARE AWARE OF IT.

They provide fast and professional photo finishing at a fair price, especially if you are able to use their coupons.

I was 2:00pm on a Sunday afternoon, I'm 5th in line at the drive thru for a slow pharmacy and it's open until 6pm; and they posted a sign closed and stopped getting prescriptions to customers. I'm isolating so my wife can have her surgery and I couldn't go inside. That's why we picked this pharmacy was the drive thru. It's always slow service but I'm moving to Rite Aid across the street, they have a drive thru too.

Pharmacy is terrible! They don't open on time. Ihung up on after waiting over an hour on hold because a client walked up to the counter! Prescription has been in processing status for 48 hours and I cannot get someone on the phone. Show up before they open to get in line only to have them open 10 minutes late. I was 4th in line, took 45 min before I was helped. WTF!!! This place is a joke. The clerks are not in any hurry and could not care less as they already obviously don't care! Told it will be 45 min until it's filled! Do NOT use this pharmacy if you need medication. You might die before they fill it!

Entrance to this store is a sewer. Trash, greasy sidewalk, ice cream spilled and dried, loiterers - all combine for a totally off- putting experience. This is not a staff problem, it is a CORPORATE problem. The floor inside has been given a sweep and is dirty, too.

Wouldn't sell my Type 1 diabetic husband some syringes for his night time insulin. Pharmacist said we needed a prescription (later found out that's not correct). We were moving from Bay Area, CA to Oregon, stopped in Redding for overnight, and found that in chaos of move, husband's syringes were left behind. At 10pm, Pharmacist told us he'd sell syringes if we brought him the insulin vial. In our UHaul, we drove back to motel, brought the vial (husbands name and sig on vial label) back. It was now 10:35 pm when we got back (it was a 24 hour pharmacy at the time), & there were now two customers ahead of us in the line inside the store. The pharmacist helped none of us. He decided the drive through customers shouldn't wait, EVEN THOUGH MULTIPLE DROVE UP AFTER WE HAD BEEN IN LINE. And for some reason, the pharmacy was a hot spot suddenly (there was some kind of convention in town). It would take pharmacist 10 to 15 minutes to process a drive up order, then another one would drive up. My usually strong husband was now feeling ill and faint with high blood sugar levels, and after a 35 minute wait, the pharmacist had managed to help one person on the inside line between the drive through orders, and was ignoring the requests and comments from people in line that he was being unfair. I shouted a suggestion (had to shout, he was always far away at the back of store or drive up window) that he should alternate: a drive up customer, and then an inside customer. He replied that he was the only one there (true) and drive through customers shouldn't wait. At the 45 minute mark, I was about to go walk up outside to the drive through window (our U-Haul with trailer with a car loaded on it, wouldnt fit in drive through) but my husband "didn't want me to make a scene". At 11:30pm, I walked into the main store, asked a Manager to be paged, told him, he came over and made the pharmacist help us, pharmacist still took his time to complete a drive thru order, before helping us, all the while grumbling that the drive through orders shouldn't wait. Our ordee was completed at 11:55pm Two hours to be sold a 5-pack of syringes which shouldn't have been denied in the 1st place, & I believe that unethical pharmacist thought Type 1 diabetes was some mythical disease he had only read about. I never got a reply when I complained to Walgreens online. At the time, I didnt understand Type 1 diabetes as well. Today, I do, and if this happened to us now, I would most definitely "make a scene". This happened May 2015, I've never forgotten it, and recent news of Walgreens allowing a cashier to humiliate a female customer and refuse to sell her condoms, makes me re-live this experience again.

Friendly employees helped get film in stock for me when they were out. I'm grateful for their time and attention because it's hard to find 35mm film these days and they had it for a good price.

I do not recommend using their pharmacy. They were out of my medication when it can up on reorder. They gave me 30 days out of the 90- 4 days later then said to come back in 30 to get another refill even though they billed my insurance for 90 days. When I called the lady on the phone argued with me and said their website is unreliable for correct info. It was never fixed. She was rude.
