I had the most wonderful experience here. I came in for antibiotics that was not covered by my insurance and all of the pharmacy techs looked up different coupons for me to use to make it cheaper. They were all so patient and helpful even though I was within an hour of closing time. I understand how hard it must be to deal with people who are in pain all the time and I’m so grateful that I had a good experience. Thank you Brandy and Courtney!

If I could gives 0 stars I would. Far too many of medications have just, disappeared when they were filled and waiting for pick up.
Med's are never ready on time so we go days, sometimes even weeks missing medications.
Some of the techs are simply rude, despite people being very kind and pleasant and simply asking to fill or up prescriptions. This is truly the worst pharmacy and it's gone downhill over the last year. 0/5

Called at 9am to have my prescription transferred. Called this evening to see if it was ready. They never over the request to the other pharmacy... I am out of pills and now I have non for tonight. Way to help people Walgreens.. will never try and use them!!!

Prescriptions are never ready when they say they will be ready. I was also told the automated system is not accurate . I have to drive from Shingletown and I can't just run back home to wait. With an open tracheostomy, I am limited. I'm sure they are understaffed. But this is very disrespectful of customers who need them.

Store is understaffed due to many things locked up. This is a state problem in the land of no consequences. Don’t trust the advertised promos but staff is quick to correct. The store staff is always nice & Julie recently went out of her way to help. On line support is the worst when called to correct my account. I give online support a zero and would never trust with prescriptions.

This the slowest pharmacy on the planet. It doesn’t matter if you’ve called your prescription in, if you’ve been told it’s ready. It won’t be, and you’ll wait 45 minutes to be told this. Got 3 prescriptions to pick up? They’ll get 2 ready and forget about the 3rd. 20 more minutes of waiting for you.I am baffled by how horrible this pharmacy is.

This place is horrible. Takes 10-20 mins per car at the pharmacy drive through. Consistent bad service! Never coming back here. Many other options close or online.

Manager is extremely rude. Did not let my boyfriend and i purchase what we needed. There is no clear policy on item limits and she only let us purchase so many. Stated we were all in the same house etc. We live separate not sure why she assumed ? We also have separate numbers etc, we just had all items in 1 cart. Not a coupon friendly store.

This has always been my pharmacy of choice. The service here is gone drastically downhill. I understand that it may be hard to find help, but as a company they need to do whatever it takes to fix the issue. I have tried to call them twice today and have been on hold for over 45 minutes each time. Whenever I go into the store to use the pharmacy the wait is ridiculous and it's worse in the drive through. I will say the staff is always polite and appear to be working as fast as they can; however, they are not able to keep up. I will most likely be transferring my business elsewhere if I can find anyone else not facing the same issues.
