Christian was very helpful, explained our service plans, worked to get us the best pricing for our upgrades and plans. He had to juggle three customers at the same time. He did it effortlessly and as far we could tell, flawlessly!
Definitely making the East Cypress store our go-to!

So I got a phone about 2 months ago and when I went in there they told me my phones trade in value was 600, then they changed to 211 then they told me that the promo deal came with a bunch of accessories then I find out that my trade in went towards the accessories instead of my new phone which was the main thing I said when I came In that I didn’t want to owe a lot on my phone and I didn’t want a high bill and dang if I don’t owe the full balance of the phone and my bill is 120 I’m so upset they did a bunch of double talk and confused the heck out of me I will never go there again to buy anything and my family is now leaving Verizon all together, I have to pay my phone off and in 5 months I will be going anywhere else, thanks for ruining the first time I got my own plan. The reason for 1 ⭐️ is because they were nice when they promised me one thing and then did another welcome to the phone version of a fast talking car dealer.( No offense to honest car dealers).The thing that really sucks is a manager was there helping the employee promise me one , which gave me a false sense of security, i truly thought i was getting a fair deal and my phone was actually being traded in for a new one not accessories especially when that was the first thing i said and second was I don’t have a lot of money and didn’t want tot get into debt or anything which they said they completely understand and promised that I’d only owe 200-300.

Scammers. Call Verizon real number and ask them about Verizon victra. They're legally allowed to scam you. Kodie, I hope u don't think we didn't get our money back ? bro promised us all 4 free phones, then sneakily charged us 40 per line to set up, 35 per line to upgrade, and the phones were full price. So basically EVERYTHING he said was a lie. I feel bad for the 10 elderly people who came in to be helped and will no doubt be scammed when they see their next monthly bill. Call Verizon and complain, tell them how you were wronged.

Absolutely the worst Verizon dealer (not actually a corporate store) there is! Don’t waste your time, go to the real Verizon store on Hilltop. Verizon doesn’t honor promotions given at this store! Cost me 100s of dollars, and every time I’ve had to return only by necessity, they don’t have the time or knowledge to grab an order, that takes Hilltop store 5 seconds to process.

Was told my phones would be 800 off at beginning of December. Told them i wouldn't be going on Auto pay. Now i only half the credit is being applied and they are trying to make it easier on themselves by trying to get me to go one auto pay. Was told i would receive follow up calls today that never happened. They have lied to get me to buy phones and after i get what i was promised i will never do business there again.

Went into 1090 East Cypress Street Redding California I was told that they don't sell SIM cards for my phone a Galaxy s22 was told that my phone was broken and then I needed to buy a new phone went home got a SIM card from my dad's phone works fine Christian was the guy that helped me seemed very shady buyer beware!
