Rude owner. Tried to resolve an issue with a mix up on a promotion. His attitude was " so what ? ". So rather than honoring the promotion they promised , or even trying to mitigate their mistake . He blew me off . I asked if I needed to talk to someone who could correct it . He said go ahead .... Evidently Verizon has no control over his business . After talking to corporate at Verizon , they confirmed it . They apologized but said it's up to the store owner. If I treated people this way in my line of work ... I'd be fired .

Let's take you through the check in process. They ask you what's wrong with your phone (as if they're not just about to throw you in a queue) and check you in with your cell phone number. Not too bad, they don't really give a timeframe of how long it might be but eh whatever. You sit for twenty minutes listening to a salesman spout about how burger flippers are getting way too much money and how Trump is their man to another customer... whatever part of the waiting process. Another 20 minutes goes by and what seems to be the manager comes in on a karaoke machine to have everyone in line raise their hands like grade school children. He then proceeds with a sales pitch about the karaoke machine because after waiting 40 minutes at a Verizon store on my little time off, I definitely feel like buying a karaoke machine ..another 10 minutes goes by and you realize they haven't called a single name. In fact, there are now somehow more people in front of you than when you started. You finally leave because you realize with a line of 7 customers, the sales people should probably take 50 minutes schmoozing the customers rather than just getting through the line. This company has gone downhill so fast. I genuinely don't know why I'm a Verizon customer anymore.

I started Verizon in November hoping to upgrade from Metro. Big disappointment. First I paid around $400 when I first went to the store. Then, I was told that my first bill should not show up for around 45 days. So, I went in after 30 days thinking I was going to pay my bill early. When I got there, I was asked if I wanted to pay the full amount, or just the past due. Past due? I've had the phone for one month. Then I was forced to pay the past due every month until I was finally able to square away the $409 payment to straighten my account out. So $400 initial payment, two $150 monthly payments and a $409 payment to make my account current. See the problem? $1100 in less than three months. And that's just the tip of the iceberg. Zero costomer service, online or in store. An I have not been able to log into my account since I started. Save your time and money and go anywhere but Verizon. I would recommend Boost Mobile first and they are just awful.

Been there couple times and got slow service and lack of knowledge. Then, I called customer support Verizon and a lady name is Melissa was very quick to assist and responsive to solving the problem. Its better to call CS Verizon than to stand in Verizon store.

Worst customer service of my life. I'm sitting here right now after 53 minutes of waiting and people being helped all around me....I ask for help after waiting 53 minutes and the two customer service women standing there doing nothing were incredibly rude... "sorry we have a system, just have to go by that. I can't help you. There's 6 more people ahead of you still. You can come back later if you want. " Here because my phone that I pay a ton of money for doesn't work, and online couldn't help me, calling couldn't help me. This is how they treat customers of 20 years.nDont bother responding your sorry and you'll do better because clearly you're not (tons of the same situation from months ago). I'm closing my accounts one by one and headed to another company. Tired of Verizons lack of care for customers.

I wanted to let Christina and her specialist at the Redding store that they are increrdibile. Best customer service and extremely knowlegeble with any type of phone. kistina helped me set up my phone, ported the phon, returned my sevice through Verizon with ease. I observed her while doing this with me, she directing staff to the next customer and had a handle on the whole store. quite a multitasker for sure. my situation was difficult because of the other service provider and she just sailed through without a blink of the eye. iI am retired but i have to say, i would work for her any day. Thank you Kistina, and all that helped. All are great reps that will help no matter how long it takes. It's not about the commision like T-mobile reps. It for the customer. Thank you Kistina and staff for your help. Such a great experience.

Please be aware of taking your young daughters into this store to get a new phone. this location hires predators. My mother took my little sister who just turned 18 to get a Phone line of her own. The worker named Melvin, took her information down like normal protocol after they left the store, he proceeded to text her a disturbing text message trying to talk to her when she ignored it, he showed up at her job trying to get her attention further. mind you he is well above her age; we all know it is illegal to get any information from the files they are provided with at the store. We called the store manager Hugo who in my opinion is very unprofessional and not willing to help rectify the situation. He says because I am not a customer, he cannot help me and to have someone who is an account member to call him to report this issue. This is causing a lot of stress and concern for her. Legal action will be taken.

This review is for Isiah on the business side. He is by far the best rep that I've had the privilege to work with. Any issue I have had, Isiah was able to take care of and in a reasonable timeframe. He is very knowledgeable and knows how to take care of his customers. I have purchased multiple items through this store because of his customer service. This location is a corporate location so it stays extremely busy, it would be nice to see the wait times being more efficient, but if you plan ahead the customer service makes up for it.
