I came here yesterday for the first time, Amanda did SUCH AN AMAZING JOB with my hair! She did exactly what I was hoping for, my hair turned out absolutely gorgeous ?. She was absolutely wonderful company as well. I could not have had a better experience. Also, the shop is adorable and everyone here was so friendly. I cannot recommend highly enough. Thank you again Amanda, I am so happy with my hair!!

Love the colorful decor. And this salon is very accommodating, staff are friendly & helpful. Although, it is not ADA accessible (2nd floor). It's a lovely place for your hair needs.

Izzy is the best! She has been doing my hair for the past 5 years. My color always looks fabulous! She styles my hair with the cutest cuts based on whatever style I want. I bring my daughter to her also and her hair looks amazing every time! I definitely recommend booking an appointment with Izzie!Services: Hair coloring

Do not go here or trust this salon with your hair. The worst overall experience in my entire life from Izzy the owner.I made an appointment for a color correction two and a half weeks after she turned my hair red & brassy however I asked for no brassy tones. Also she only did a half foil but charged me for a full foil. Izzy argued with me about the half foil and said it was a full even after I showed her where the foils stopped. I explained that I was willing to pay full price for the correction knowing it had been two weeks. I brought the same picture of the color I was trying to achieve both times and she insisted it wasn't the same picture. She accused me of the chlorine in my hair from swimming that turned it brassy, even though I said that I didn't swim since she last saw me two weeks prior. I've never had a stylist argue with me for something I was willing to pay full price for. I left there with orange, red, brown, black, and even green hair parted down the middle and not styled while the whole time I sat in her chair she didn't speak a single word to me. (Very uncomfortable to say the least)There wasn't any blonde left in my hair whatsoever when she was done and I loved my blonde hair. I felt horrible for days about the whole experience and literally left there crying. The next day she sent me an unprofessional text to my phone saying my hair was in ill repair but I have pictures that shows it was much healthier, thicker, and more shiny, not to mention a beautiful ash blond. I've never had to leave such a negative review and it saddens me to do so, hopefully it will encourage improvements by the owner of this salon.

5 star attention to detail.From listening to what I want to balancing Covid-19 restrictions, owner Izzy keeps a clean and safe location and passes that demand to booth renters. Over the years I've met some of her renters and they seem to be fun, pleasant and talented.

Izzie has done my hair for years. She’s creative, and kind and easy to communicate with about all things hair and nails. Her darling shop is in a wonderful location in downtown Redding. She’s my favorite.
