Someone has been repeatedly breaking into our mail box so we’ve had to have this USPS location hold our mail temporarily. Went in to pick it up and had the misfortune of interacting with the rudest, most condescending woman employee I've encountered in a long time. Avoid this USPS location at all costs.

Edit*** where I can't comments on their ability to pick up the package is it still seems periodic, I will say they have gone out of their way to help me out in a few situations recently. The post master is very helpful and seems to genuinely care.
Edit** STILL continues to refuse to pick up packages when scheduled. Had a USPS driver tell me he couldn't take the package this morning because he wasn't my normal carrier he was just dropping off a package. I should wait for my normal carrier later this afternoon.
Well, normal carrier never showed to pick up the package. Now I'm out $60 for a sale because it was canceled due to not shipping out.
Refuses to pickup my packages via "Schedule a pickup". Ridiculous.

So unbelievably rude and unhelpful. I went to pick up a package that wasn’t delivered due to “animal interference”. First off I don’t even have a dog. My neighbors had a border collie puppy who must have been playing in my yard but at an apartment complex there’s nothing I can do about this. So I wait in line and finally tell the worker I need to pick up my package. She rolled her eyes and in the snarkiest tone says “well this isn’t the right line for that, bye” and she points to the other room. I was speechless so I walk where she pointed and a woman standing in line said “the lady helping me just said she’s leaving and can’t help anyone else” so I walk back to the woman who told me to go over there and told her what she said. She rolls her eyes again, sighs loudly, and says something snarky I can’t remember before finally helping me. She asked for the tracking number and in the middle of me reading it to her she grabs my phone and says “Just let me do it it’ll be ten times faster than your reading”. She went to the back for a million years and brings my package and is like holding it away from me. She says “Do you know why they couldn’t deliver your package? There was an animal interference so maybe you should figure that out” to which I replied “Well I don’t have a dog so that’s funny, there’s not really anything I can do about that” then she acted like I was being rude and said “IM JUST INFORMING YOU WHY YOUR PACKAGE COULDNT BE DELIVERED, HAVE A NICE DAY”. I left wanting to cry, I seriously don’t know what her problem was. Like… sorry you have to do your job???? Idk.

I only gave it a star so I could comment on how rude the staff is. The most condescending and degrading interaction I've ever had anywhere, ever!!! It wasn't just me it was customers before me and customers after me. Unhappy employees are direct result of poor leadership, get it together.

There was a long line waiting to be helped at the counter, but they have a self serve kiosk, 2 actually to assist with buying postage stamps, weighing packages for shipping, and a few other features so you don’t have to wait in line for the simple things anymore. Some things may still require an in person contact at the main counter to get handled but much quicker and easier to get in and out quickly with the new kiosk machines.

Unprofessional workers and very rude and unhelpful in resolving serious matters. Also, why am I getting someone else’s mails constantly in my P.O. Box that I!m paying for? I’ve addressed this many times with them employees but they basically are saying “it sucks to be you, sorry.” They may not say it that way but literally in that context. I don’t even have rarely enough space for my own mail and it’s my lockbox!!!

Tamara made this a very unpleasant visit to the local post office. Very rude wouldn’t even let me borrow a permanent marker. For as slow as you t was today, you would think such an old lady would be more helpful.
