A neighbor just came from the Yuba St. Post Office, and they learned to bring our own tape measure. They had already weighed and measured our package and checked their online calculator and expected the cost to be around $40. The clerk Danielle charged us $126.95! She said she measured it and it was several inches bigger than it was? We asked her to please measure it again, she was mad but agreed, and when we examined her tape measure the first 3 inches were cut off!! When we pointed it out to her she adamantly denied it?- it was super obvious but she continued to lie!? We unfortunately had to get a supervisor who came and also agreed the tape measure was ‘faulty’, and then correctly measured our package to the price of $44, a lot better than $127!! We apologized many times to the clerk Danielle who seemed very angry with us, but she never apologized to us, she was very rude. We wonder how many people she has overcharged and will she continue to use her ‘trusty’ tape measure?!

Absolute trash. Lost items sold on ebay forcing me to process refunds. Lost several pieces of international mail sent from this post office which eventually cost me a job offer in Australia. NEVER trust USPS.

Consistently loses my mail or mis-delivers my mail to other people. When I make a complaint, I get a "we're sorry" but it doesn't actually fix the issue of mail getting improperly delivered or getting me my packages.I never had this issue at other addresses and this has been an ongoing issue with this post office at my new address for over a year.

Always very helpful and good customer service. There have been times when there has been a line, but if you can be kind and courteous, you will be helped.

My neighbor moved out and they put a vacant slip in my mail as well and stopped delivering my mail? Incompetent bureaucrats work here. I've have had nothing but problems since I moved downtown.

One minute till 5 and the doors were already shuttered. No boxes for flat rate or priority mail in the lobby. This is not a public service anymore. Call your Congressional delegation.
