Afran is literally the best. We could not give him a higher recommenation.We were rolling through Redding on our road trip from Arizona. Our tire pressure sensors were going off through the mountains, so we stopped to put air in at a gas station. We had 2 valve stems that wouldn't put air in or out and 2 tires were way over inflated. I called him to see if we could come by his shop and have a professional look at them.Turns out we were correct. All of our tires had different pressure. The 2 valve stems on the driver side had something blocking them and OUR REAR TIRES WERE PUT ON BACKWARDS! ?He immediately got to work switching the rear tires, clearing the steams and making sure all tire pressure was the same. He was literally the angel we needed on this day. He felt the same emotions we were feeling and you can see and feel his relief for us once he completed helping us. We went to USA TIRES in a nervous state and left feeling better and safer than when we left Arizona. He did not help us for personal gain, but purely for the safety of our family. Thank you Afran. You have blessed our family and we are forever grateful!

I had a crack in my sidewall of a tire. I was just going to go to Les Schwab but a family member recommended USA tire to save some money.I called the day before to make sure they had my tire size in stock and the owner was very courteous and gave me a great estimate over the phone. I showed up the next morning right as they opened and he got me taken care of immediately. And at the price he quoted!The price was reasonable, the product was good, and the customer service was excellent. I highly recommend, and will be going back for all my tire needs!

Great Customer Service, Honest Businessman, he kept his shop open an extra 30 minutes to allow me enough time to come in and get the parts I needed to be back on the road, and even helped refer me to someone to assist the installation of the parts.

I went to les Schwab twice!! & both times, still didn’t fix my balance. I called the owner at USA tires, and he took me in due to my car shaking and he fixed my problem fast and Effectively! ❤️ I would highly recommend anyone going to USA they are amazing and compassionate and know what they are doing! Brought 4 utv wheels and tires in to have my new tires put on. No appointment and at lunch time. The guy got right on the job and had them done in about 20 minutes! Super nice guy too. Highly recommend!

Highly recommend USA Tires! I've been to a lot of the tire companies in Redding including the big companies and none of them compare to the price nor the service quality that USA Tires provides. Afran and his coworker were very friendly, efficient and quick. I will definitely be going back for all my other tire and rim needs!

They don't ever answer their phone and their voicemail is full. Haven't even talked to a person and with gas prices being so high, who has money to be driving around all day trying to find a good tire place if they all never answered their phones. Just saying. Not a good way to run a business.
