In a city far away from my hometown yet, need to make an international wire transfer. Went in, stood in line, and Pam approached me, asked me what I'm here for. She told me she can help me at her desk. She was fantastic! International info were long digit and she double, triple check to make sure each letter, number are correct. Give Pam 5 stars!!

They like to play childish games with your money I called customer service and complained about a check they are holding for 7 days I told them they sucked at customer service 1 hr later I tried to get fuel in my 18 wheeler and my debit card got declined they said I was over limit for the day but I hadn't used it since like 2 yesterday cost me a 1200 load with there games had to go to a bank and draw out money

Received a voicemail from a person (Pam) at US bank. Asking me to return her call. I’m out of town and have been trying for two days to get ahold of someone at the branch, no answers or an option to hold. Basically, I have no idea how important the matter is and can’t find out. Unacceptable!

All I can say is WOW and not in a good way. First off let me say that I've banked with USB for over 20 years and have loved this location. NO MORE! Once the "old timers" all left, this place went down the crapper literally. Incredibly rude teller by the name of Ian! God, learn some customer service skills and greet your clients already! No hello, no thanks, just an attitude the whole time. Insanely slow and can't count worth a darn. Tried to short my deposit several times! Can we say needs some training!!! Closing my accounts ASAP as this was not the first rude interaction with this location and this is unnecessary and uncalled for. No need to treat your clients with an attitude especially during these difficult times. All I can say is go elsewhere unless you like a side of attitude with your daily banking!

Went into the u.s bank on dana, the teller was extremely rude when i asked to open up a bank account through them. He said 'umm.. your too late, it takes a hr or more to do that and i close in half a hr.' Me not knowing how long it took because i have had same bank sence 16.. he was not friendly nor where the other girls who gave me dirty looks for asking.. he said i could come back another day and do it, i will not return there. Made me very uncomfortable.

Went into cash a check and it took 18 minutes. Teller was fairly new and really needed a backup helper. He left to speak to the manager TIM, After a few minutes I walked over and ask what the problem was, he about jumped down my throat, rude, rude,rude. Where is the 5 star service I this branch. They really should get a new manager. Thinking of changing banks?. If I could give zero stars I would.

Unfortunately I have to give a negative review as far as car loan experience horrible the loan/teller very inexperienced including bank manager the DMV paperwork incomplete done wrong I purchased a vehicle from a sibling was being taxed threw the bank for DMV finding out it to be wrong! I had to cancel check the bank did wave fees for their error! However, when I paid for registration to vehicle it came back to my sibling name registration & title showing my sibling thank God I didn’t purchase the vehicle from a stranger they could have been a horrific situation! I had not received the title as promised by the loan/teller 3 weeks ago it was in the mail according to her! So, I made a phone call to this branch finding out I have to go to DMV myself which was never explained I was told it was being mailed. I don’t recommend doing auto loans here I am extremely upset I plan to go threw another outfit for upcoming auto loan my sibling & myself decided to sell this vehicle but could not due to title hold up & DMV paperwork errors done by the bank loan personnel!

In the last month us bank has made one mistake after another. Short version: because of their mistakes I ended up stranded with no money 1000 miles from home. And then they promised the money would be put back into my account in 10 days. It’s now 3 weeks later. No money. Wednesday I Talked to Tim, the branch manager in Redding in person. He couldn’t figure out why I hadn’t gotten it. He said he brought it to the system’s attention (my words) and he wasn’t sure when it would deposit, that night or next day..... but he would call me the next day (Thursday) today is Friday ...... no money no phone call. I even told him that my family had banked with us bank for almost 25 yrs and that I was seriously ready to close our accounts. This apparently meant nothing to Tim.

Tried to cash a check from a client, I Bank out of town and first off I could barely understand the lady that I was speaking with at the counter(she was not able to speak very good English). Then she told me that they couldn't cash the check because it was too much money(4k). The elderly lady who's home I'm working on so she can get her refinance I guess put my name on there incorrectly.(but was the same name on my ID which I had with me and showed her) So not only getting turned away and denied funds for the job, she was very rude, overly aggressive with her voice and demanding I leave (like I wasn't allowed to be there).Plus their air conditioning unit must have been broken because there was machines piped in through the drop ceiling and accordion roofing tiles laying everywhere very dirty internally looked like a construction site and it was hot like 90° in there would not recommend going to this branch until they remodel and have some teller customer relation training classes.

I have never taken anyone or anything to court before but the US bank will be the first for fraud of $15,000 and I will never use them again and neither will my family
