the service was excellent. She assisted me helping to fill all the information ( English is not my first language) and she was patient with me when I didn't understand her, she repeat it slowly or in simpler way that help me understand her clearly.

They used to be Kinkos a long time ago. They have all the same offerings. I went there to fax some paperwork, it took a total of 10 min. for the whole interaction.

Why does the sign on the door say they close at 6:30PM, but at 6:05 the door is locked and the people inside just hold their hands up like they don’t have a clue why? Normally these guys are ok to deal with, but closing nearly half an hour early is just a bad way to run a business.

I have to admit I did not know exactly what I needed in order to ship a few packages, and I felt a little silly but the green haired girl at the desk helped me figure it out and was SO INCREDIBLE and nice!! At one point, I even gave her the wrong information but she caught MY mistake and helped me fix it! ? Thank you!!
