My daughter has gone in a couple of times, the girls from the school warm their food for 1:00 after buying items also, the afternoon worker is very rude! He has yelled at the girls for spilling,even though they offered to clean it up! Today they went in and he hollered at her friend for tripping on a box! My child who had finally had, told him he should not be so Rude! The workers response was "go back to your own country". My daughter happens to Native American.from 2 local tribes. Her response was this is literally her land! He made some more racial slurs! This is disgusting behavior. Not sure what country he assumed she was fro.it doesn't really matter no room for rasicm!

My experience at United Gas on 12/14/2023 at approx 3pm, was truly disappointing and discriminatory. As a deaf person, I rely on written communication, and this gas station failed me miserably.After my card wouldn't work at the pump, I went inside to pay for gas. I showed the cashier a note on my phone clearly stating my request. Instead of offering any assistance or trying to understand my needs, he simply dismissed me with a wave of his hand and a "no." This blatant refusal to serve me, without any attempt at communication, left me feeling humiliated and excluded.Being deaf is not a barrier to purchasing gas. This employee's lack of basic understanding and empathy is unacceptable. I urge United Gas to train its staff on disability sensitivity and ensure that all customers are treated with respect and dignity, regardless of their communication needs.In addition to posting this review online, I will be filing a complaint with the Disability Action Center and the Better Business Bureau. This incident deserves attention and action to prevent similar discrimination from happening to others.

I have been filling up my car there for 3 years and never had a problem with staff or product. As a handicapped person I appreciate the employee (owner) filling my car up for me most of the time. Depends upon how busy they are at the time I pull into the station.

Don't go here they'll rip you off and they got a bad attitude I went in there yesterday to purchase $10 items the guy lied to me and said that it would be an extra $10 on top of that for the using a card fee I don't believe that especially because when I said that my debit card was given to me by the treasury so he should not do any funky stuff with it he got really offended and told me my card didn't work even though it had 600 on it and it's funny cuz it works everywhere else the guy just honestly seems like a narcissist to me I feel bad for their kids

Poor experience constantly being ripped off prices don't match what they charge most products aren't marked so they can individually charge people what they want when confronted your met with hostility I suggest going anywhere else they don't deserve your money you deserve better service
