I had an amazing experience! I have never rented anything of any kind, but UHAUL made everything AMAZINGLY SIMPLE! I had to relocate for a job opportunity and for the chance to start a new life in a new area. I rented the biggest truck they had. It was a brand new truck from what I could tell. It had low mileage and it ran great. It was a 200 mile trip, and that truck kept me comfortable the entire way. Returning the truck was SUPER EASY, I just dropped it off to the lot attendant guy. I will always choose UHAUL!

This place is horribly understaffed. The personnel who work here aren’t the problem. The staff appears to be servicing customers well. However, it is agitating to have to wait in line for 20 minutes just to buy some tape.This place needs to hire more people.

I don't know if all of these workers were just having the worst days of their lives or what? But here's the story. My husband went into U-Haul to ask questions about renting a storage unit and literally all of the workers looked at him and ignored him. Just blatantly... for NO REASON. My husband is literally the sweetest, most laid back guy. He called the uhaul help line (1-800 number) to ask questions about availability and the people on the phone made him go back inside. The second time he walked in there the general manager walked out and literally said "He's still here?!" in a rude tone. Like what the hell is wrong with these people? Matt, Dylan, Justin, Joseph... you suck! Definitely make the drive to Red Bluff or go elsewhere if you need a unit.

I have been to several Uhaul dealerships and this is one of the best. The service is great and everyone is knowledgeable and helpful.

They asked me to post to Google so here you go...Reserved an appliance dolly weeks before hand. Arrived to pickup my reservation and was told they were out. Cabin of truck had crumbs inside and broken cup holders. The lock provided for the back was rusted and unusable.Ended up needing to rent a trailer, so we tried calling the store and was put on hold for an hour. Ended up driving to the store while on hold.When I arrived there were two guys working. One guy was actively working, running around and whatnot. The other was just standing off to the side having a conversation with someone that seemed completely non work related. Left with the trailer while still on hold.

Rented a trailer. Dude backing me up kept flagging me back and I hit the trailer. I knew I shouldn't have trusted the guy and did it myself. I've never hit my bumper on a trailer before!Who is gonna pay for my dented bumper?!

Can’t even believe the experience I had with them! I had a reservation for a pick up truck 8 days in advance, even called 3 days beforehand and confirmed the reservation. Showed up this morning and had the displeasure of interacting with their associate, Justin. This guy should NOT have a customer service job, he clearly doesn’t understand anything about it. Somehow my reservation was changed to a moving truck without any reason or explanation given. Justin had zero insight, zero ability to problem solve, and not one time did he express an apology for what happened. When I asked for a supervisor he told me, “he’s on vacation”…..again, when your place of business is responsible for the screw up, and your main supervisor isn’t available, figure something else out….hence my point? He does not have any customer service capabilities, I can’t believe a place of employment would have someone who conducts themselves like this be the face of their business? That’s going to turn a lot of people away!!! Apparently my reservation was randomly changed by one of their associates the evening before and I was never notified! They were out of pick up trucks, so Dylan, decided to make a note in the system and just moved my reservation to a moving truck instead..cuz why not?!?! Make sure you triple check your reservations and also be prepared to not have your reservation fulfilled because apparently that’s how they do business!I will, however, give a shout out to Erik and Matt, they at least apologized and tried to problem solve with us, so thank you for that! If I was their supervisor, I would make sure I contacted a customer who had the experience I had….

Gage had a positive attitude even though he was out in the 110 degree weather putting the trailer on. The other gentleman that helped the day before was very helpful in getting me the trailer’s I needed. Thank you UHaul guys!

Truck ran poorly ! Dolly was broken and I was over charged so if I could leave a 0 star I would ! It make my moving experience harder and super expensive for the gas as the truck was not properly maintained and it was an older truck! ?
