Two Men and a truck showed up to move my stuff from Redding to lake county they drove safely on highway 5 and unloaded it with no damage at eagle nest storage in lake county they were polite professional and enjoyed their work I have no problem using them again

My move was just completed an hour ago. So hardworking and professional. These fellows know their business. Booking the move was a breeze, fantastic office help.
Jonathon and Austin arrived at 8:04, which was 26 minutes early, and time well spent. Everything wrapped and taped in moving pads with high quality hand trucks. Couldn’t have been smoother, and the final bill was less than expected, due to Jonathan and Austin getting it done so quickly. Can’t recommend them enough!

The estimator underestimated the actual loading and unloading time by over half. We should have paid twice as much. However, the office took full responsibility and charged me for the original estimate. Additionally, the crew was not anticipating the extra hours but worked tirelessly the whole 12 hours. I highly recommend them. Their supervisor must be a caring person--gave them the next day off!

I would not recommend this company. We inquired over six months ago to have moved and I called them and set it up this week and they said Friday.
Told them I needed to confirm. Call them back 20 minutes later to confirm they did not answer the phone so I a left message. Didn’t return call again so I called back. This time they told me they are booked up and I should have called sooner. Of course they failed to mention that when I was talking to them on the phone prior and they were more than happy to help book it for me on Friday, but that’s how they operate. I would recommend being cautious with this company prior to using them.

Janae was helpful in providing a quote and with follow up to the day prior to the move. The guys arrived on time, professional, prompt and just took great care in moving my household items and even wrapped the sofa which I wasn’t expecting. My first time moving was a terrible experience but ain’t no way I am using anyone besides Two Men and a Truck for all future moves. Thank you so much guys, you really rocked ☺️

In Sept 2023 I requested moving a few larger items that I wasn't able to move myself. The receptionist needed an itemized list, so I gave her a rundown of some of the larger things I needed moved: lapidary grinding wheels on a stand -very heavy, 1/2 of a sectional couch, 2 mattresses-full amd queen with Temperpedic frame/electrical, a 55" TV from my bedroom, a large dresser, and at the last moment I told her "I almost forgot and the reason I needed you- front loading washer and dryer and very large Samsung refridgerator. So, they didn't take the 1/2 sectional. I was given a window between 12-2pm. They arrived shortly after 2pm. We also ordered a dumptruck. I was given a discount from $2hundred something to $160. The driver would help me dump unwanted junk. I was told they couldn't just leave the dumpster there so i could dump my crap in an alotted time. The guy was there to help me dump the stuff. The dump was equivalent to 8 dump loads. I gave them a $376 deposit. The dumptruck guy got there nearly an hour late after the movers. I had him dump broken down cardboard boxes, and a coup of medium sized boxes with trash from garage. Also, some small lumber 2"x4"-not much and other small junk items id put at fence to take to dump. My son brought out a small chair with an ottoman. He said he didnt have enough room. I asked if it was broken down, could it be taken. Then i noticed he took all my large heavy duty boxes i got from uhaul that were along side the fence, whichbi told him only take the broken down flattened boxes. I had him take them from the truck and put them back. I didnt notice he took the TV boxes which id saved from my purchase of TVs. I needed to put my 65" livingroom tv in the larger box. I caught them taking my 55"tv to truck in no box only wrapped ina bag. I specifically showed them the tv kit i had for that tv. The left my jouse at 5:15pm and met my son at our storage unit. Now to get my Samsung Refidgerator out the front door, the doors need to be taken off and the front door of house was taken off. The movers also attempted to wheel the fridge out without removing the water line for ice machine. My son showed them wherenit was located. They took a plastic plating that covered the electrical and water lines. Later i found 3 screws on the counter and the plating in the corner. They forgot to put the protective plating back on. The fridge was now in storage. We also found the joint bushings outside of the storage unit. I also found screws and bushing to my Temperpedic bed on the floor in my room. Id asked that the fridge door face front of storage so i could put back in the clean drawers. It was not. Now i have to pull the fridge out myself. The movers alo use our flat pallet dolly to move the lapidary setup. That remained in storage in the back. We used all of our supplies i previously purchased from uhaul and amazon: plastic stretch wrap, packing tape and that was it. This was a stressful day and i had 5 people asking me questions from all directions. I also had a good size dent in the side of my washing machine. They never put the hoses in the washer and dryer or they would've noticed a load of clothes in the dryer.All in all, I was not given a full dumptruck for my junk. I could've done a dump run with my Subaru impreza for $30 All the boxes in their dump truck weren't broken down so they took up a lot of space and 1/2 the stuff was from another client. We had to use a saw to cut up the chair which was dangerous because of sparks and outside temperature of upper 90's. I called office on Tuesday. Explained what'd happened and she said she'd reimburse me for the TV box and drop it off during the week. I had to be out of their that day. She would talk to the manager about the other things. I wanted that dump truck back to haul my junk away and get what I paid for. She was very nice. Friday came and no box or phone call. Called office and same lady was rude and condescending. Two Men and a Truck helped me so much with my recent move to Cottonwood! This company is fair, responsive, and very professional. I wish I had let them handle every aspect of my rather complicated move; I'm sure I would have gotten my money's worth. I recommend them unreservedly.
