Matthew Sather, in the Sales Office was great to work with. He’s professional, courteous and very knowledgeable. He helped make our purchase seamless and easy.
He was very accommodating when I wanted to change the layout of the shed and assisted us before production was underway.
I would highly recommend Tuff Shed in Redding, CA. and Matthew if you’re looking for a She shed, storage shed or a backyard shed.

Matthew Sather was very patient. He put together two bids for different types of sheds I had considered.
The install is scheduled for next week. Gosh, I hope all goes well.I dread that they may subcontract the job to knuckle heads and tarnish their reputation they had earned from me on a prior purchase and installation.
Update: Bryan just finished up. My 10 x 12 shed looks great!

Great showroom. Really helps to be able to see various sizes and configurations Wish they had they had a lean to style on the premise. However, Matt is an excellent salesman! He explained the many options available and was able to answer all of our questions. He's very knowledgeable and worked up several estimates for us. Very impressive product with great customer service from Matt.

Matthew was easy to work with, took time to listen to our needs, and provided knowledgeable information about our shed. The installation crew was amazing! There were three workers and each one knew the exact job that needed to be done and they all worked seamlessly together to finish quickly. They cleaned up the work area and left it like they were never even here. From design, to ordering, to installation, Tuff Shed did an outstanding job.

I worked with Matthew Sather at Tuff Shed on my shed. After doing a lot of local research I found that the only reasonable option was to purchase my shed from Tuff Shed. The steel girders, heavy duty door and lock, free paint and overall product is second to none. Matthew never once tried to upsell me like salesmen often do and only supported what I knew that I wanted to buy. Thanks, Matthew

I am an architect so I enjoyed the ability to design my shed online. Their drawing program was easy to use and allowed me to try several design options and get instant cost estimates. Once I had the design complete purchasing was a breeze using my credit card. Three weeks later once we had poured our own slab their contractor delivered the shed and started construction. He was courteous and knowledgeable. He had the whole building up and the site cleaned in four hours. I inspected it before signing off and found it met the high construction standards I expected.
I would not hesitate to use them again.

Oscar Acosta sat patiently with me while I changed the plan and options 3 times before the final quote. It's my 2nd Tuff Shed, and after comparing options with other companies from Sacramento to Oregon, I came back to Tuff Shed, Redding.I've been saving up for this shed for 3 years, so I was watching the build like a hawk. Ken called the morning of, said he was on his way, arrived promptly at 8am with 2 trucks and 3 men, and before I had time to take more photos... it was built!The reviews are great for a reason!

I had a great experience with Tuff Shed in Redding. Tom Mulholland guided me on the options and additions to make my building unique to my needs. The process was easy and the finished product turned out better than expected. I would recommend Tom in Redding for your shed/outbuilding needs.

Whole experience was great. Oscar was very helpful and very knowledgeable of all upgrades, sizes etc. Setup guys came early and worked right on through to finish shed before rain started, great guys.River in the office in Jefferson Oregon, very efficient. Let me know if any changes in delivery and what to expect.Looking forward too purchasing another shed soon, Thanks Oscar!

Working Tuff shed has been my worst contractor experience ever. I purchased it in late July, they scheduled the install for early September, as we got closer to the date they kept calling and bumping it. They have a nasty habit of calling at 6-7am the day of to reschedule. When they finally did come to install the shed they arrived at 3pm the day of and worked until after dark on two days, the quality of the install obviously has been terrible. The shed leaked for months until they finally replaced the door 3 times to fix it.The metal roof was installed incorrectly, it had holes from fasteners that had been driven and removed, it didn't have the right drip edge trim, it was poorly aligned with the trim on the edges being torqued into place, it looked terrible and like it was ready to leak anytime.They forgot to install the ordered ridge vent, and some shelving I had ordered. I still have yet to be refunded for the shelving on the order and it's now 5 months on. The roof has been reworked (taken up/put down) once, and replaced once, it still doesn't look right. The first time they redid the roof they reinstalled it with literally rusty fasteners, and then they had the gall to tell me it was because they had accidentally used antique patina screws; it absolutely was not that, they were just rusty screws and the installer 100% knew what they were doing.5 months on and the shed still looks terrible, it isn't painted, it has giant caulk splotches all over the place.I'm giving up on them fixing it at this point, which is why I'm writing this review. I've given them ample opportunities to correct the issues. I've been super understanding of the scheduling issues, but this is too much, they clearly do not care or cannot care due to incompetence.Just overall a low quality experience, low quality result and low quality company.

We had a fabulous experience with our Tuff Shed team: Oscar, Kaitlyn (in the Medford home office) and finisher Ken Blackwood.The communication and accountability was top-notch, and we were kept apprised of progress the entire time. Ours was a permit-requiring shed and Kaitlyn managed everything. A wonderful bonus is providing the paint so that the shed is painted the same color as our house! It looks like it was meant to be there :) We highly recommend Tuff Shed.
