“I had an amazing experience! I have never rented anything of any kind, but UHAUL made everything AMAZINGLY SIMPLE! I had to relocate for a job opportunity and for the chance to start a new life in a new area. I rented the biggest truck they had. It was a brand new truck from what I could tell. It had low mileage and it ran great. It was a 200 mile trip, and that truck kept me comfortable the entire way. Returning the truck was SUPER EASY, I just dropped it off to the lot attendant guy. “I came up from Napa because Jiffy’s was recommended by a friend, and they were the only school I found offering a one week program—whereas most other schools are 4 weeks.For me, it was awesome because I got my permit on my own time, came up to Redding for one week of brakes/pre-trip/driving instruction, and passed the DMV drive test the following week. I only had to take 6 days off instead of an entire month.I have driven a manual my whole life and had experience backing up trailers, but there are guys who have never done either and pass the drive test.Everyone at Jiffy’s was very professional and organized. There is a lot of paperwork needed and they handled it expertly. I would recommend anyone that wants their class A or B CDL go to Jiffy’s.”
