Cypress branch ATM has been down for several days. Went inside to cash a check. There were 10 people in line, a drive-up teller and another teller on line. This bank is refusing to hire enough help to wait in customers who want to go inside a branch. This applies to the Cypress Branch and the downtown branch. I am sooo done. I am definately going to another bank that wants to help customers in person. It's too bad that TCBK does not treat customers as well as North Valley Bank did.

Okay bank, good service and h'what not. Would be higher score but their online website has never worked ever for me on computer or phone. Constant problems and issues, freezes, log outs, webpage doesn't load, etc. Worst website i've ever visited. Half the time can't check my account due to their website not working.

Yesterday, 1/24/23, Tri-County decided to revamp their system. My online account didn't work! I tried calling, they fixed it . . . NOT! Finally I went in to have them fix it. I got rude Rachel! She could not help because . . . I don't have a cell phone to verify! I am sitting right in front of her with all my cards and checkbook but that didn't do it and their personal computer was not working, probably overload with complaints! I asked to speak with the manager. Then I hear the guard tell two other workers that if someone asks to see the manager to direct them to another worker. A worker came out, not the manager, but a placator, who told me she understood but could not fix anything. They were all very rude. Finally, I went to Anderson Branch and Jennifer helped me! She was great! There were a lot of people unhappy with this change and Tri-County!

Never have I put my money into such an incompetent bank. The have messed up my bank accounts over and over costing me money. I don't advise anyone to bank there and I especially do not recommend opening an estate account there. NO ONE knows what they are doing. Their app is constantly messing up. Save your time and money, go elsewhere, I know I am!!! I would rather give them zero stars!!

I went with my friend today to cash 2 checks , 30 minutes later I tried to make a payment but my card got decline ! We went back to the bank . They asked who was the teller who did the transactions ,we told who it was ( she was not nice by the way) At the very end the teller who cashed the checks she ”Accidentally” withdraw $380 from my account!! and honestly when I was trying to explain them, they didn't understand me and they told me that maybe my husband had taken the money. She said that on the computer the transaction did not appear and how was it possible that in my application of the phone it appeared and in her computer it did not! That makes me feel very bad, terrible service! the good thing that later they helped us and did everything possible to solve it, but they should be more careful and be more patient.

Was asked remove my hood. Yea I get it but I laughed cus u still can wear a mask. . Then have some one else be rude after I complied. Dont say things under your breath make rude comments. Very very unprofessional.wish the other one never closed. Was the best staff ever.

I don't do business with them often, but the Cypress location gets 1 star for staying open and multiple employees not wearing masks while one was eating candy and touching her mouth, then going back to her counter and touching her chair and everything. Bad business running during Covid. I will not be going back there. I will only use other locations from now on

Our experience with Tri Counties Bank and Maria Elena Maready, a mortgage specialist was excellent! We were referred to her by our neighbor, Nora Hill who also works at Tri Counties but in Chico. Both of these women are top-notch. My husband's parents gifted us their house in Red Bluff as they were moving home to Mexico and she speaks Spanish so she was able to communicate with my in-laws. We had no idea how to process a loan for the balance owed on the mortgage and Elena walked us through it. She was always available for my endless questions. She is a wonderful and efficient mortgage specialist and she accommodated us by meeting in Anderson so we didn't have to drive to Redding. We also had many documents to sign and we were able to handle 90% of it via email and also at the Red Bluff branch of Tri Counties and the women that work there are also fantastic. The whole process took only 1 month! Unbelievably fast! We are so happy with Elena and all of her team helping us to become homeowners here in Red Bluff!

After banking with TCB for YEARS, the business I own went through a name change and incorporation. I went into my local branch and showed proof and changed it all. I continued happily depositing earnings and then all of a sudden, the teller at the Cypress branch informs me that he could no longer accept my checks because the account in his computer does not say "inc" and the check does. He rejected a $10000 deposit based on this! Cannot understand this. Ridiculous. So frustrating. Considering other options at this point.
