I am leaving a two star review until you guys turn down the dang volume on your drive thru ATM. That is the only reason you guys dont have a 5 star review from me. Me and my gf work Graves and majority of the time we have to deposit or withdrawal money late at night/early morning. Everyone in a 3 block radius cab hear us putting in our info because you guys have the button sounds EXTREMELY LOUD. My gf won't even go there once it starts getting dark so I always have to drive her there when I could be playing games or spending quality time with my pet rock like combing it's hair or letting it sit outside!!! I feel like I'm ringing the "come mug me!" bell everytime we have to put our pins in. You guys know you're located in downtown Redding right? Zombie central? You guys really dropped the ball and should be a bit more aware. Shoot give me the dang remote and I'll turn it down. Seriously though please turn off the volume on your keypad. Atleast at night please. Can't wait until som thug comes running when they hear me at the atm thinking they gon get some easy money off a fool, only to see the $11 in my bank account lolz. They gonna end up giving ME some money.Seriously though, I have no issues with this bank. Have never done me wrong. Turn down that dang mugger dinner bell on the ATM and I'll raise the review to where it should be.

Unfortunately when North Valley Bank became TriCounties, my accounts were automatically switched to TriCounties Bank. I’m 93 years old and this is the worse experience in my entire life dealing with a financial institution. Poor customer service and acts of discrimination to name just a few. Bye bye.

Service is awful - 8+ people waiting in line while 5 people sat on platform chit chatting with each other. I have been a customer for 8+ years and I am continually seeing this branch go down hill. Time to find another bank!

My husband and I have been loyal customers for decades. First they sent our batch of checks to the wrong address. They made us change checking account number and didn't link our over draft, charged overdraft late fees (???) and they tanked our credit. We've been over 750 for years. When we tried to resolve they were down right rude. They will not help us and they will only communicate via written communication. Done with them! We were excellent clients... switching to another institution this week.

Zac was wonderful! He was extremely kind and patient helping my mother out with all of her banking needs. I'm so happy that my mom banks somewhere that understands the value of good customer service, our last experience at a different location was just as great.

Was in there last week, the teller had very poor customer service and was rude. It happened when I asked her to fill out the slip for the deposit. If you don't want to do your job you should find another one.

Went to this location for the first time out of convenience, I had a gut feeling that I would end up going to the Hilltop location anyway and I was right. This location was a complete waste of my time, they were rude, the banker treated me like I was a bothering him from staring at his computer and did not help at all so I left. Hilltop managed to take wonderful care of me and I left happy. Thank you for sending me there!!!!

Really good costumer service. Very friendly opened my first account with them and I'm very pleased. They were fast and friendly. They helped me understand my best options for what I wanted I recommend them.

They Suck!! They will deferre your mortgage for three months but then want the entire three months back in full. Ally bank was the first to roll out this program. They stop your payment for 120 days and just tack the interest on the end of the loan. That’s a real bank with a real solution.

Applied for a personal loan. They said they would call me on three different occasions and they never followed through. I always ended up having to reach out to them. I was also told it could take anywhere from, “2 hours to two days.” One week later, I was told it was going to take another week. I’ve never had any problem with any Tri Counties Bank outside of this one. Definitely do not recommend doing business with them.
