The world is different now. As we all know, parts take a while to come in. The problem is , lack of communication after a two month wait with trailer in shop. It's hard to believe parts can't be tracked or checked to see if they even were sent in the first place. Trisha repeatedly told my husband and I she had no idea when part's would arrive or if they were sent. We were very patient the first 6 weeks ,but after that and no answers, we ended up missing camping season this summer again second summer in a row. Trailer brand new wasn't working last summer because air-conditioning was a bad unit that never worked on our grey wolf limited. The toilet was broken too and was never fixed right and is still broken after picking it up. The parts were wrong after waiting two months for delivery. Lucky Danielle the owner does care about her customers and pulled some strings to get Trailer done. I do appreciate her. She can't do it alone, though. Her female staff in the parts department are real downers with no answers and really seem to not care about the customers. The men I spoke to were always friendly and worked hard to get answers for us. I think this company can do better.

I had a issue with an appliance in my RV and noticed it while I was away camping. I called TowTally and employee Kyler helped me out. This dude was super helpful and followed up on my issue. The guy was great to work with. Good for this company having stellar people like him on board. Whether or not you can detect the root cause of an issue right away, their service department is there to help you out. I know I'll be shopping at the place when I'm in the Redding area.

I cannot really describe how upset my wife and I are with TowTally RV. We called to make an appointment for an estimate in late March 2022, we were given an appointment date on May 2 (six weeks out). We brought our RV to them on May 2nd and were told we should hear something by the end of the week. Well we waited until the following Monday and called again. They told us they will get to it sometime this week. We called on Wednesday and they said they will try to look at it on Friday. No word and on Friday, I called back and they said Chris was looking at it as we spoke. I asked if I could speak with him and after about 5 minutes they connected me with Chris. Chris said he had estimates on everything except the refrigerator. He said he would call me on Monday. No call on Monday, on Tuesday we called and raised hell and got some attention. We agreed on the 6 items we wanted fixed and that they would complete them within a week. The following week I called them on Monday and they said it would be ready the next day, Tuesday. We arrive on Tuesday and to say the least, it did not go well. They charged us $75 for charging our house batteries, even though I had told them they were shot and I was going to replace them myself. They installed a new faucet on our kitchen sink, when we turned it on it leaked all around the bottom, the feeding hoses were loose. They were to fix a day/evening shade, when we tried to lower it, it came off the mount. There were more issues, but for time sake I am going to finish here. While I know there are some good RV service companies these guys are not in that group. I question their billing practices as well as their ethics. Never again. Beware.

Go here! I am beyond happy with the customer service. I called Tow Tally to help my grandmother get a brake controller installed due to a faulty one installed at a nearby dealer. Derek and Brandon took care of her as if she were they're own. They removed and re-installed a break controller that was user friendly and safe. They went way above and beyond to make her feel respected and appreciated. Thank you so much.

Brandon and Kyle went above and beyond over the phone. We were having battery problems, and we did not understand how the converter, battery, and battery disconnect switch interacted. I have had this explained by other service persons, but I know now that they were also confused. Brandon explained in simple to understand language. Problem solved. Issue fixed. Would highly recommend this service department. They are my new go to service people.

We had them replace one of our AC's last fall before putting our RV into storage. They got us in quickly, found a unit that would work, and got the job done in the same day. They even billed our extended warranty for us.Yesterday we took the RV out of storage for the first time since having the AC put in and storing it. We found that the heater wouldn't work. We called Towtally and they sent two techs to us the next day. It was a simple fix due to a simple mistake/oversight when the AC was put in.Their service was fast and friendly. Mistakes can happen, but they made it right without drama. That works for us.

I was stranded on the highway for over 24 hours before I could find a tow for my motor coach, this was one of the first repair shops I called and before I even had a tow they helped organize a plan for getting me back on the road before I arrived. After I arrived they were extremely helpful, kind, and trustworthy throughout the entire process! Derek (service manager) was a rockstar as was my technician Brandon. Real class act location and couldn’t be happier with the service I received and the overall experience! Anyone needing service should come here first! Thank you!

We pulled into the repair shop with a newly purchased RV that needed some wiring help. We didn’t have an appointment but Brandon and Derek were able to help us out on the spot. They were so friendly and professional! They really know their stuff. Thanks so much!

When I entered there is no door buzzer so they didnt know I was there. Everyone was in the back roomexcept an old guy sitting just inside the front door. I said hello and asked a question but got no response. At first thought it was rude but then realized he may have had mental issues or a stroke.After looking for what I needed I left.

Our sewer hose came apart while traveling- we called ahead to these folks on a recommendation from my fb winnebago group as we were heading their direction. They squeezed us in early the next morning to take a look. 3 guys all knew what they were doing and quickly came up with a plan and executed it. It was a complicated situation as the disconnect was in the middle of the underbody above a steel plate where only spiderman would be able to get to. They were efficient and their price was very fair. I would highly recommend them for any issues you might have with your unit! Ours is a class A 2015 Winnebago Brave
