This is a very nice hotel, but we had one of the worst experiences checking in. It took us over an hour. Yes, there must have been issues with the computer systems, but it is still unacceptable to make us wait that long. I pleaded to just let us drop our stuff in the room, but they said they wouldn't. They promised to waive the $50 pet fee for our inconvenience, and they did refund it today after I called. Thanks for doing the right thing!

This hotel is very well kempt and the staff are outstanding from check-in to housekeeping and 5am breakfast service. TPS is a reliable brand on road trips. Close to Tesla supercharger and Black Bear Diner.

Clean spacious rooms. The kitchenette is convenient. Full hot breakfast was great. The only amenity that wasn’t perfect was the fitness center. It was hot and stuffy. Otherwise great place to stay.

I’m shocked this place has such good reviews. There was someone smoking marijuana in the hallway of the third floor at 8 am. Our room was dirty and had a layer of black dust on everything. The paint in the rooms had been touched up but didn’t match so the walls were splotchy.There were very few food items for the breakfast. The person stocking the breakfast was also running the front desk. He took the trash out and then proceeded to restock the food items with the same gloves on. Didn’t wash hands or change gloves after touching all the trash. The waffle mix was half water, half mix but wasn’t combined. I assume this means it’s old or something was wrong with it. We are loyal Marriott customers but will not stay at this location again.

Recommend staying here: YesFull breakfast, well-equipped fitness room, heat and a/c worked fine, full breakfast with fresh oatmeal, waffle maker, sausage, ham, eggs, and more.Noteworthy details: Great hotel, fine staff, clean room, elevators, hallways, breakfast area.

The hotel is your standard fare, but what makes this place amazing is the staff.Upon check-in, Devyn made us feel like family. She was helpful and friendly and very welcoming. She offered suggestions on how to walk to dinner and was very kind. When she went over the usual check-out, bfast times etc, she acted as if it weren't the eleventy-billionth timeThe breakfast attendant (didn't get his name) was on top of it.. Depsite the flow of people, nothing ever ran out. And the selection was not small.would absolutely stay here again.
