I use this store and gas station for super long time and never had any problems. Just 5 minutes ago I purchased big red bull and cigarettes. The total must be about $15, but I was charged $21.. when I came back the cashier said that she made mistake and charged me for 2 red bulls . But she said that she can't give me my money back and I have to come back tomorrow to ask for manager. What??? Do I have time? Gas for that? Do not go there or they will rob you too. I filed police report

Horrible customer service. I'm in here every night of the week and there customer service is awful. I've worked at a gas station for years and this place sucks. Two word replys. Stood at the hot box ten minutes and asked 3 times for help and got ignored. The lady then turns around and says "sorry but I don't do phones" Basically saying she was ignoring me and not helping me because I was on my phone. I even told my husband "hold in I'm ordering food" So that I wouldn't be rude when doing so! I told her you can't not help me because I'm on my phone are you the customer or am I? She got quiet and told me I could just leave. (Because I was right I'm assuming) and I said why would I have to leave, I'm in here every day? What did I do to leave. She just kept telling about how i was on my phone. I get it, customers on their phones suck, because I've dealt with them. But if I'm pausing my phone call and asking for help several times and you tell me your ignoring me because I was on the phone BIG NO! I'll be calling corporation
