This place allows for customers to be hostile towards disabled customers and then let's the supervisors come and be rude and hostile on behalf of such customers without any desire to understand both sides of a situation, but only taking the first thing heard as the gospel truth of any matter. They do not provide policy as written and are willing to say things that don't exist in said policy to suit their immediate supervisor personal preference point of view. Honestly, rude staff (supposed supervisor, but remains unclear as staff member miserably failed to establish their role among staff so they could have been just whoever without proper knowledge or training of company policies) that are out of touch with customer service and no ability to resolve any matter effectively, so I would hate to have to get paid to work there since inept supervision is over the poor employees at this specific location.
