The environment is very chill and I got a shirt that was to small, but I was able to return it with no hassle and the woman that helped me was very sweet and I ended up getting a different Santa Cruz shirt with cutie pink flowers and I love love love it!!

Sierra the manager at Tilly's in Redding, Ca and her staff went above and beyond to give me excellent customer service. I had a horrible experience with the online customer service for over an hour and she was very patient and took the time to fix the situation. She was very professional and kind!

What a spot to get some local Gear. Walked in and what a surprise this place is huge! Nice selection of threads and accessories with a friendly staff that knows their sh!t. Street/hip hop designs that represents CA in every way possible. This place just became my go to store, I'll def be back.
