Jac at Pretty Thistle is the best. So helpful and pleasant. They have an amazing hat bar, whether you are designing a felt, straw or trucker hat they have some many cute items to adorn your hat with.

The lovely ladies that work there are fantastic! They are friendly and genuinely want to help you find that special outfit. They even place cute outfits in your dressing room without being asked. A++++ service always!

The owners came into the establishment I serve at today in Brookings. Super sweet family that was super nice during one of out busiest moments of the day. They hooked me up with some store swag and a gift card for my lady. I really can't put into words exactly how much it meant. Today was crazy at work and their kindness was the highlight of my day, look forward to checking out their buisness so I can return the favor. Thank you guys, looking forward to rocking the hat you gave me.

If I can give this place a zero I would. Went to this store today for the first time. Came in with my two girls (9 and 5 yrs. old). Walked around the store and ended up seeing a dress that I thought was cute. I ended up trying it on, didn't like how it looked on me so I came out of the dressing room and put the dress back in the rack. Talked to Ryleigh (not sure if that's how you spell her name), and then walked out of the store and went to another clothing store on the same area. I was in the second store for about 5-10 minutes. While I was talking to the store owner, I was approached and followed by Ryleigh from Thistle's Boutique and was accused of stealing the dress that I tried on. Ryleigh was so unprofessional and so disrespectful for accusing me of stealing. When I say I was so embarrassed, but more pissed over the situation. I kid u not, she literally accused me in front of everyone about the dress. She said there was two dress on there inventory and only one is in store. Went back in Thistle with Ryleigh and there the store owner Jacqueline (not sure if that's how you spell it) was there looking at the CCTV on her phone. I was explaining it to them how there was only one dress of the same kind when I took it off the rack. But by this time I was already so mad and was trying to calm myself. How dare them accused me of stealing in front of my girls without looking at the CCTV first before approaching me. I was so disappointed at the whole thing. The owner keeps apologizing about the situation while trying to look at the video of what really happened. Turns out, she seen it on the CCTV that there two females ahead of me who stole the dress. I refused to leave the store until she seen me putting the dress back on the rack. Jaqueline (Thistle Boutique's owner) apologized up and down because of what happened. I have to say, I handle the situation amazingly because if I really wanted to pushed the situation, I could've sued them. It was black and white on the video that they accused me of stealing without proof. Store owner, know that your employee represents you and your store. Make sure you train your employees well. Have them know the rules and law. I will definitely not be going back to this Thistle Boutique. Thank you Jaqueline for your apology, but it was a very much needed one. I hope you took care of your employee Ryleigh. To tell you the truth, she should be let go and be fired. She is not the kind of person that should represent you and your store. Classic Trendz Boutique is amazing. The owner is an incredible person. She actually also, talked to Jacqueline about the situation because she witness when Ryleigh accused me.

I have always been so impressed with this boutique! They put so much thought and time into everything they do! The store itself is absolutely adorable. Every corner something cute to look at. They have a wide variety of clothing to appeal to any different shopper. Now let's get to the real special part of this boutique....the owner and workers!I have to say, every time I go in there they make me feel so special! They go out of their way to help their customers. They pay attention to the style you are going for and pick out things for you that you may have over looked or that they think would look good on you. I normally go by myself but with the workers being so involved and personable, it feels like I'm shopping with friends. The customer service in impeccable!They have a wonderful variety of accessories.... you can find anything you are looking for there! Very unique and cute earrings, necklaces, a wall of hats to spice up any outfit, shoes, scarfs (headwraps-for me?) and much more! These gals pay attention to details and that hard work shows.Go support this great local business! Ya'll are amazing and congrats on your 3 year anniversary!! ??

It was recently brought to my attention they don't carry any sizes over a large. What a disgrace in today's evolved society , where we are now celebrating all body-types, that there are still establishments as close-minded as this shop.

Unprofessional and lacks business etiquette. A small business who puts other small businesses on blast via social media just shows the owners immaturity. Be supportive. Be glad that you’re an inspiration for others. Don’t publicly shame them. Be better. If you want support, give it.

This boutique has the cutest clothes and accessories. I also love how nice all of the girls are whenever I get to come in! I always look forward to coming here!!! All of their stuff flies off of the shelves but you can shop online and pick up in store to make sure that you have dibs on what you want. Cant wait to go back!
