Helpful customer service (I appreciate them loading up the soil for me) and reasonable prices for good quality potting soil that you can't find at the big box stores.

Great friendly employees who will help in any way they can. Even though grow gen is a large company the individual stores still feel like mom and pop shops to some extent, not to mention their prices are really good typically..

Lovely people, HUGE warehouse and inventory. They have everything you need, and if not they will personally order it for you. Amazing people.
