This place is amazing! This mom and pop shop is not only owned by the nicest people, they are were also super helpful in helping my family purchase the best bikes for us (3 in total). Not only did we love the bikes that we bought from them, their customer service is wonderful and it is always a pleasure interacting with them. Finally, their bike tune-up services that they provide have ensured that our mountain bikes are still at peak performance 3 years after purchasing them.

Only 2 experiences at this shop. The first time I left thinking I don't think I'll be back, was a weird experience. Felt I was being talked down too rather than listened too. Like a hard sale rather than a conversation. I didn't bother leaving a review, I just didn't come back. Till 3.5 years later ...The next time in the shop, I touched a component on a show room bike to show a part I was looking for and was told loudly with attitude "don't push that, it's a 10 thousand dollar bike". A bit of an overreaction/harsh response I thought. So I moved on. For the record, It's a brake lever, not a 10k part of anything. Simply not how you interact with a customer. Especially a new one, who clearly is not clueless. Recovery was fine, nice people on every other measure. They def would have helped me if they had the part. Still left annoyed. Seemed like mom just yelled at me and didn't understand herself how silly it was to react that way. I kind of get it, mom and pop shop, tough business to be in, but all the more reason to keep your cool. I love bikes, for me it's mental health, and needs to be full of people who are fun-loving and chill. This includes your shop. Otherwise, what's the point? People remember how you make them feel. Well, I feel like you killed the vibe, ruined the stoke and acted like an uptight roady today. I see all your good reviews, your excellent following, But it's two strikes for me... nice shop otherwise.

Bought a new Marlin 6 gen 3 from the great people at The Bike Shop. It's my third bike from them. Always an enjoyable event. Even if you you just go in for an inner tube it's relaxing and easy to talk with the husband and wife that own/run it.

The bikes are top of the line at a decent price, and the staff and personnel are very helpful and very nice they answerd all my question. The staff are also very knowledgeable about tuning and fixing bikes.This was one of the best experiences Of my life i'm very happy with my new bike and I suggest anyone Looking for bikes or electric bikes or mountain bikes etc.Check out the bike shop, they are awesome.

I have had my Trek SL 6 in to the bike shop for service twice now and they are the best. I highly recommend them if you're interested in a new bike or repair. They are the friendliest people and always make repairs in the time frame they promise. Chuck C

Wow! Two of the nicest people helped us with some tire issues on our Trek bikes so we could safely enjoy Bike the Rim 2023 at Crater Lake! Brian & Tracy are knowledgeable and experienced after decades of owning The Bike Shop. Our Treks took us around Crater Lake for a memorable day complete with new helmets we bought there. 23 years ago, I purchased a very expensive Schwinn bicycle from a store in Red Bluff. After a few months, the front forks began to squeak and grind. I took it back to them, and they refused to service, repair or replace the bad parts and fix it. I was VERY disappointed after that with them, and looked for a new shop. That is when I discovered "The Bike Shop" I brought my bike to them, and the young man, (young then) said he would look at it and call me with an est. I did receive a call 2 days later, and the forks were completely repaired. Best of all, they did it for free, and stated that it was under warranty, and that the shop I purchased it from should have done the same. Since then, we have purchased many pars and a new bike from them since.
