I was knocked around bye Multiple different dealerships around town with cash down as a first time buyer and was told no but at Taylor motors they stuck to there word and got me into a newer car then any of the others offered me with less miles and amazing payments please go down and ask for RICHARD SAEPHAN or any of the other awesome sales people

First of all, the person I dealt with at the service counter was wonderful.What I would like to comment on, though, is the appointment process. The Taylor Motors website wants you to make an appointment online, but, when I arrived for my appointment on Monday,, it was not in the system. This is the second time this has happened to me. The first time it happened, I had to reschedule. Very frustrating and inconvenient. After that first incident, I then tried calling the service department by phone for my next appointment, but was not able to get through and had to leave several voicemails messages requesting an appointment and the calls were not returned. The service department people are great, but the appointment making process needs some serious work.

ALL the staff is very courteous , friendly and Helpful . They not only scheduled and did the service , but looked up to see if there was any recalls or memo's on other things that needed done . Every time I have come in , everyone works extremely hard to help me . This includes the sales staff , service dept. and the parts dept. . Thanks to all of you I have a wonderful GMC truck I love and can depend upon !

It's unfortunate the situation we have been put in regarding a vehicle we purchased from this company. A review was left stating all facts about our situation and the owner commented on it stating our issue was acknowledged and they were looking into it. Sadly, I believe this was just commented on so it looks like they are doing their due diligence and trying to make this right. We still have yet to hear from anyone and it's been 2 weeks. I just want people to be aware and always make sure you do your own research before purchasing any vehicles from them.

Hi, My name is Matt Donohue. I purchased a Yukon from here about a year and a half ago. My family was growing and we realized we needed the XL so we went to trade it in only to find out the vehicle we bought was in a bad enough accident for it to almost be considered a severe accident. I reached out to the woman I purchased the vehicle from and found out she didn't work there anymore. Shortly after that I was contacted by Mark Paschen with the following message I received a text message from Misty Gilbert expressing a vehicle you purchased from us in 2022. I have attached a copy of a current autocheck, the vehicle history report. This is the reporting system Taylor Motors uses and all vehicle auctions use also. As you can see the history report we pull shows no accident. If you have any questions please call.Honestly I felt like it showed indifference, like my issue didn't matter because the company they used said the car didn't have any accidents. I'm not in sales but I'd like to think that if there was something that was overlooked in a transaction I made with a customer I'd do what I could to make it right. I'd at least apologize for any inconvenience or mixups there may have been. I have 5 kids, 2 new borns, and when we asked for the carfax we asked because we wanted to make sure the vehicle we purchased was safe. I reached out to General Motors who wanted to help but Taylor motors wasn't cooperative with them either. I don't get it. How can someone sell a car that has an obvious accident history and not want to make it right? Am I wrong to think this isn't fair? A person goes to a restaurant and orders steak and gets pork gets a steak in place of the mistaken pork they got. I mean I've been in situations like this where they gave a free meal because they didn't want to disappoint the customers. If you purchased a vehicle from here I'd do your own background check on the vehicle before you purchase because this company doesn't stand on morals. If you leave under the impression your vehicle has a clean accident report only to find out it doesn't you'll be stuck with a car that's value is less than half of what you paid for it. Let's face it, there's children in the vehicle I purchased every time I drive it and the fact that it may not be safe matters not to Taylor motors.

Mark, their sales manager, went above and beyond. We needed a special vehicle with disability access for a wheelchair.Taylor Motors cam through! We have shopped with them for years. The extra help is very appreciated. Their customer service keeps us coming back to Taylor Motors!Thank you, Mark, Steve, Mr. Taylor, Brent Taylor, and Diane Taylor! You are appreciated!

I am writing this review to give a big shout out to MATT FRASER who is the assistant service manager at Taylor Motors. We were travelling from Vancouver Canada and had truck issues on our Silverado. After many failed attempts at trying to get our truck serviced, Matt was the first that offered to even have a look at our truck. Not only was he friendly, he made our experience so amazing by always going above and beyond the call of duty. @Matt - we really hope that you received the recognition that you so deserved. I would recommend asking for MATT FRASER for anybody looking for service, you will be in great hands!Thank you Matt for everything...Michael & Avagail Tomlinson

My experience was with the collision center. I was very happy and feel like I was taken care of to the best of there abilities. I have purchased vehicles from the other side of taylor motors. My review would be very different if I went into that but I'll just stay on the collision side.

We were in Redding on vacation when we had a problem with our 2021 GMC Denali. The service department was helpful and able to quickly diagnose the issue. They needed to keep the vehicle overnight but made arrangements for a rental car for us. The next day leaving Redding we continued to have problems (a separate issue) and returned to the dealership. This time we were towing our 40 foot fifth wheel trailer. The truck needed a part that was on a national back order so an alternative plan was made to get the problem fixed. The staff at Taylor Motors was kind and helpful. They not only provided a rental vehicle to us but they also made arrangements and paid to have our fifth wheel transported to an rv park. Our stay was extended by a week but Taylor Motors did everything they could in as timely a manner as possible. They made what was a terrible situation as good as it could be. A huge shout out and thanks to Danny and Jason in the shop as well as Julia and Ron in service.

I'm a lifelong resident of Redding, I always try to buy locally but between me wanting a very specific vehicle and inventory issues I usually am not able to spend my dollars locally on vehicles. I had built a GMC 2500 AT4 many times online and was stoked to see a 2024 coming to Taylors, I had talked to Richard Saephan several times on specifications making sure every detail was what I was expecting including the improved horsepower and tow rating and he proved very knowledgeable. I approached him with my trade-in, we met at a number I was happy with and Taylor Motors could live with and I put down a deposit. I might have spent 20 minutes texting insurance and verification information to get the deal started. When the truck arrived, it took maybe 30 minutes to close the deal at the dealership, took longer to switch personal effects over between trucks actually. Taylor Motors was doing some body and badging upgrades on these specific trucks and Richard was very helpful with that information, even had pictures, I ended up ordering all of the upgrade parts. Five or six times over the course of negotiations and purchase Richard called or texted me on his days off, even coming in on one of his days off to submit paperwork and on another day off to close the deal. Thanks Richard Saephan for being a consummate professional and a really nice guy!

Taylor Motors continues to provide excellent service. The entire staff is very professional and keeps the customer well informed and reports any items that should addressed. It was beyond frustrating that we had to call to inquire the status of our vehicle. We struggled greatly to get ahold of Julia our adviser. After weeks of no update we finally were able to get ahold of the service manager Ron. He basically stated that we would need to contact GM and do a claim so we can get some help. On April 21, 2023 we received a call that we had to pay for our loaner vehicle an approximate amount of $400+ evidently we didn’t know we had to pay for that as Taylor made the reservations on our behalf. That same afternoon we had to return the loaner to avoid any further accumulation. We were left without a vehicle. We finally got ahold of Ron to inquire if he knew why we had to pay and when our vehicle would be ready and he was extremely hostile and would talk over me and would not even let me speak. To say the least this situation was getting out of hand.

The worst experience! The service department is incompetent and useless. They did not repair my truck in the 2 months it was there and actually damaged other items. Aside from incompetent they are extremely deceiving! Ron is unfitted to work in the service department. Aside from his rudeness and lack of professionalism he is deceitful.
