I needed to make a stop on my way up to Portland and this location wis perfect. It was not fancy the t v's did not have many channels but it did offer somewhat of a decent breakfast and the beds were very comfortable. Definitely not fancy but for the price and for the amount of time I spent here I felt that at least it was fair given the other options that were available that were considerably more.

Good breakfast, nice rooms and friendly staff. This should be a 4 star hotel, except the hot tub is not working.

Great stay. Clean room, friendly staff. Rooms need to be renovated pretty badly and you could hear full conversations of people in the neighboring room, but everything was quite clean. Only complaint I have is that they charge a $300 deposit for the room that they demanded only be in cash after I asked them to charge the $300 to my card. I don't understand why they can't pre-auth a card for $1 and then change the amount or refund upon check-out. Seems ridiculous that I had to pay $503 to check in for one night. Granted the $300 was returned but a lot of people don't have the ability to pull $300 out of an ATM in one day.

This place was awful. I managed a hotel for 15+ years and have stayed in awful Motel 6 places and nice Marriotts but this place was filthy and read on to know more deets... While traveling on a 2 week road trip, almost at the end decided to use Best Western / Sure Stay "points" to book this room... 10,000 points plus $30 for each dog, $60 dollars plus tax for the night out of pocket seemed reasonable and was cheaper than all the other places. It's just a place to sleep, so could be that bad right? We checked in and the desk clerk woman appeared to be on meth or some substance. Friendly but clearly on something. We were given a room with two queens, ground level (due to my dogs). Upon driving around to the room entrance door... there was a homeless lady with a shopping cart, getting ready to settle down right outside our room entrance hallway. Decided to move my car to an area that our room window looked out on, since it was filled with all kinds of purchases... Decided to take my dogs out to go potty, and now another creepy homeless man had joined the woman and another man was across on some grass screaming and yelling to himself while swinging his arms. I had intended to go out and do some shopping at the nearby Ross store like one block away and grab a bite to eat out, but decided against it due to the homeless population surrounding the hotel. Seemed too risky and dangerous... maybe I'm just not accustomed to seeing so many homeless being allowed to loiter at a hotel. If I was the manager, I'd post no loitering signs, call the police and be consistent about not allowing it. Inside the room, the walls were literally filthy dirty near the trash can, as if someone had lived in this hotel and piled up loose wet trash up against the wall . The hotel lighting was super dark, only lamps and no ceiling lights (figures!) Next morning, a different desk clerk... very unfriendly... would NOT recommend staying here!

Stayed here while visiting some family in the area the place is nice, clean, and we were fortunate enough to have quiet neighbors. Nothing truly spectacular, but definitely no problems either, and for me that's all I need when it comes to a hotel room.
