Horrible customer service. Couldn’t get a simple pond liner order correct, so I had to drive 150 miles round trip to correct it. Vague communication when it mattered, and when I got there she was rude and impolitE rather than apologetic. NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH SUNSET KOI! EVER
