When it comes too the firearm department the staff is very knowledgeable but they don't seem too want too make a sale. After completing our firearm safety certificate the guy behind the counter decided too close an hour early and kind of rushed us out of there so he could go home. There were quite a few new customers coming in and we were ready too purchase all kinds of stuff. He recommended Redding guns and pushed us out the door. Selection looked pretty good, they had the gun I was interested in but I never even got too look at it.

Went in to get a tree stand umbrella looked all over could not find it so I went up to the front and asked if they could show me where it was and I was told it should be on the back wall I’m not sure where it’s at and he walked off sick of this store and the employees not doing their job will never step foot in this store again

Been shopping here for a while, usually great customer service, until i tried shopping for a firearm. Waited in line for 2hrs with a ticket in hand while reciving odd looks from the guys behind the counter, before they called my number they skipped for some guy whos been waiting for maybe 20 minutes. Whos number was 2 after me. Dont shop for guns here most of the guncounter staff is rude except one gentlemen who was very kind and polite. But i will be permanantly taking my firearm buisness elsewhere. I read the other reviews before going in and just hoped id have a better experince but sadly no.

They are always helpful when asked to find items fast friendly check out . I liked to go there to get my yearly fishing license or pick up some live worms for bait

Horrible customer service in the gun department. I'm usually not one to write bad reviews but this place is really lacking in the customer service. I will never buy a gun there and recommend you look elsewhere. Also everything else in the store is overpriced

Sportsmans always seems to have what i am looking for. The staff is always quite helpful and friendly. They are also dog friendly and have treats to give to your fur babies.

Great store and staff even though I think they need a few more people working.good selection on firearms and ammo, but the lines are very time consuming. Unfortunately it's been hard to find a decent pair of hunting boots that are waterproof and last for a while but that is at other stores too. Overall I love this store.
