Overpriced, has a good selection of items but usually is very expensive. I have never seen anything in there under 24 dollars. Items are usually in stock and has a wide variety of tems and mediocre customer service. I love browsing but never bought anything there

Warning everybody most items at this store are not refundable. They would no return my jersey but return the hat I tried but didn’t even wear the jersey at all, only wanted to give me store credit which was for $140 which I find is bullcrap I work hard for my money if they would have just told me it wasn’t returnable I would have never bought it. Next time sports fever tell your customers that u can’t return those items to thier face only right thang too do. That’s like posting a add saying order this for free then in small words in the corner $100 shipping and employees were very rude when I purchased my items and when I took back my items.

Found what I wanted. The store was well stocked. There could have been a better choice in throwback wear, but did ok. Definitely will return.

Went there on 10/25/20 around noon. Was looking to buy an hat. I ask the worker he was the only one that was working who was older like around 50 or so, I ask him if he could please give me the hat I wanted to see because it was behind the counter. He answer "you eventually will get it" then he went on the phone and start talking about football and the games that were playing that day. All the worker in this store are very rude and disrespectful(went to this store more than once) they shouldn't be working retail if they don't wanna do the job.

Sports Fever in Shasta Mall: I was impressed by the assortment of products and the cleanliness of your store! I had a question regarding baseball cap sizing for my son and Dave took excellent care of us. Thanks Dave!

This was my first time going in this store and wow do they have a selection! The cashier was very helpful with me trying to find a particular warriors jersey! They didn't have it there but had it online and offered free shipping! They went above and beyond my expectations c: I'll be coming back more often!

I've been in this store many times, alone and with my family. Every time we have gone in there, without fail, we receive rude customer service. They don't greet you, don't offer to help you, just make you feel uncomfortable. They literally have followed myself, my wife, and my kids around the store as we are shopping, acting like we were going to steal from them. The last visit was the last straw, I will purposely go out of my way to buy my gear elsewhere. Who do these people think they are?

Went to the store three times and found them lacking a decent selection of out-of-the-area team gear. Drove an extra fifteen minutes from our destination today to finalize our patronage with this store. If I were a 49er fan I would love it, but I'm not. The very small amount of Seattle Seahawk product was lame. Okay they had an NFC champ t-shirt, a couple of other bobbles but nothing like the mass of San Francisco stuff. That in itself was second to the reason I will not bother to visit this "store" again. There were two men behind the counter who were chatting up with some kids in the store, but didn't bother to even say hello to this older, employed, got-money-to-spend, man. Customer service would dictate that they at least ask if they can help me find something but that did not happen. We left the store and spent out money, a lot, elsewhere. Not sure if the reason for my being invisible was my Seattle Seahawk hoody but if I owned or managed a store, $ green would outweigh Seahawk blue/green. With online sales increasing I would encourage Sports Fever to evaluate their employees customer service practices. That is if they want to stay in business.
