What a day !!! this outage affected numerous businesses in Redding and the north state and still No service! This has cost many of us and Spectrum, not even an explanation??? Outrageous.

I am in a Court proven Domestic Violence situation and had to do a lot of things to ensure my phone number would not be canceled randomly by my ex. Since I was an unauthorized user on his plan. I did everything to get my number and wifi in my name and was assured it wouldn't be canceled. Well when my ex canceled his plan, even with my number put in my name. Spectrum still canceled my number when my ex canceled his plan. Exactly what I was trying to avoid happening, spectrum still let it happen to me. Left me without service for 2 days which in my situation is very scary. I am dealing with a lot in this situation and this just made it worse and harder. I don't know if I'm going to be able to get my number back. Or if I am going to have to add to my already long list of difficult things I am having to deal with, to change my phone number on everything. This made me extremely distraught and upset.

Walked in to return a modem and waited for about 20 minutes. Now I've been waiting and have not been greeted or redirected anywhere, instead I have been stared at it or ignored by staff. After a team member was available, I asked how to go about returning a modem. Her reply was either "check in or go to UPS," with poor manners like I was the one being a nuisance. Now usually this attitude wouldn't have bothered me that much, but I don't like being ignored for 20 minutes than treated like crap. For future customers, please just have the courtesy to say either "check-in at the kiosk" (which I obviously didn't see when I walked in) or "we'll be right with you." I felt uncomfortable with the whole situation and I pay close to $100 a month for Internet to just be treated like crap.
After my experience, I would rather be on the phone for an hour in my own home talking to someone from India than go to the Spectrum store in Redding. I will look into taking my business elsewhere.

Honestly, I was hesitant about going back after having a negative experience back in December. I had made my mind up, if it started to go south again I was just going to leave and go back to Verizon. I had made an appointment just like last time. I understand how busy they get and I want to be respectful of people's time, since they always seem to be shorthanded at this store. Last time I was there I spent 4 hours, I know you are thinking why didn't I leave? I was is pretty much at the mercy of their internet (which was experiencing an issue at the time), my half transferred phone and the confused lost associate who was helping me, I will spare you all that. Anyway this time I must say I was very happy! I was in and out in probably 30 minutes. This is included trading in my old phone, purchasing a new one, asking multiple questions and transferring my stuff. This time I completely understood everything, it was explained to me and even a few notes written on my receipt. Austin was amazing, not only did he quickly take care of me he was also interrupted several times to help other associates. He didn't get irritated by them or my questions (and I had a few). People are so quick to post their negative reviews, it's important to take a few minutes to stop and post the positive ones. Thanks you Austin you're appreciated and I love my phone!

U have 5 people working and only 2 of em are out on the floor to help customers .. makes no sense to have to wait a full hour to get help.. and top of it how bout we quit the small talk and get these customers in and out as fast as possible ..

ZERO stars for sure. This place is crazy and not professional at all. The time I was there, no meet and greet. Older folks have no clue to sign in so, guess what. While they wait, thinking they are going to get help. Others are signing in. If they had someone up front helping out this would not happen. Also, the guys are very rude . I’m surprised after all the ZERO Stars they haven’t send someone to manage the store better

Whrn i acfivated my service it was supposed to be a certain price for 2 years since i opened my account the price has went up in 3 months an nobody will help they dont keep there word an lie not a good company at all would not recomend

I took my equipment back a year ago and canceled my service due to moving out of state. Whoever helped me that day didn't do their job properly and I'm assuming didn't mark down that we canceled and returned equipment. Now 1 year later I find out I was reported to debt collectors spectrum is saying I never paid or returned the equipment. Note that I never received mail, email, or phone calls about this! I found out from the collectors calling me! DO BETTER SPECTRUM. ?
