Went here with my friend as he wanted to surprise me with a new nectar collector tip, he purchased the wrong size and we went back in, not even leaving the parking lot yet, and they wouldn't do anything and said no exchanges. They absolutely 100% took advantage of a customer and did nothing to justify the situation except say, I can sell you another one 😆 🤣 😂 DO NOT GO HERE, THERES SO MANY BETTER SMOKE SHOPS IN REDDING. DO NOT GO HERE, DO NOT GO HER, DO NOT GO HERE.

I use to only go in during the day and during the day this is a 5 star business the best smoke shop in town very welcoming and amazing customer service, but I recently started a new job, so now I have to go in during the evenings. It's like a total different place in the evening, the guys who work have an attitude like they hate their job, they're rude, and create a very cold and unwelcoming atmosphere. Honestly I would go as far as to say it's a 1 star business in the evenings, it's unfortunate but I am going to have to find a new smoke shop to go to after work, and will only be going into here on my days off when I can go during the day. So before heading to this shop I would check the time to see whether u will be receiving a 5 star treatment or a 1 star treatment!

Tried to buy tobacco free wraps, and explained that I needed wraps without any nicotine in them. The guy behind the counter said that he had a few options and pointed me towards the wrap section.I asked once again that these did not have any tobacco, and the worker confirmed they did not.I purchased two wraps from this store, only to check the packing more closely in the parking lot and see that both wraps had nicotine. I headed back into the store not even a full 2 minutes after leaving (both packages fully unopened or torn) and the guy behind the counter said “he didn’t do any exchanges or refunds” of any kind, and wasn’t willing to work with me. I’m disappointed, and I won’t be coming back.
