I recently went back in and a young man helped me get new boots which are now broken in and I love them. These people know what they are doing.”

“Sales person on the floor was nice and helpful. When it came time to pay, the person acted bothered. Was trying to use Klarna to pay, it wasn't working and the person at the register never said a word. I had to ask her to retry on 3 occasions. Finally gave up. Very frustrating that you advertise at the register that you take Klarna, but the people are not familiar with how to make it work and this particular person was not friendly at all.”
