Exceptional customer service from an over the top helpful staff.Running a small business in todays sped up world is more than a challenge, it is refreshing to find a local business that operates with good old fashioned ethics and morals.The store front is extremely clean and well organized with an abundance of top quality tools and equipment.One huge take away I left with was the sense of gratefulness for my business.They definitely get that service comes first and foremost.Being in business my self here locally for 30+ years it is nice to see another business that focus’s on service and realize that business income (money) is just a byproduct of service.Great job Shasta Welding Supply!

I would give this place zero stars if I could. I was lied to by the wholesale account manager and I have never been treated so badly. I am literally sick over this. I was price gouged at such a ridiculous rate, it should be criminal. This is my first time writing a bad review. I'm not one to take the time to do this, but I have also never been treated to terrible. Stay away from this place!

I ordered from Amazon and the parts looked the same. They weren't. So I went to Shasta Welding Supply and they took good care of me. Got the right part. I will purchase all of my welding supplies from them.
