Great Andy and Gary and crew are a fun group, who gets the job done. I have been hands on with Gary and Mike and they are GREAT. Over the last two years they were able to get me through both frozen shoulder, than sciatica both without surgery. Been to another place in town over the years, but this is the BEST.

Best Physical therapy group in town. Gary has worked on my knee, wrist, hand, and gotten me through 4 shoulder surgeries. The office staff is friendly and professional. Highly recommend Gary (and Andy)!

The best physical therapy in Redding as far as I am concerned. When I was choosing Physical Therapy places with my surgeon, I asked him where he would send his wife - he recommended Shasta Physical Therapy over the other places.I went 3 times a week for several weeks after rotator cuff surgery. They are caring and understanding of the pain and soreness. Everyone there is nice and friendly - even the other patients there were nice. It's actually a fun place to be. I was sad when I was finally released. If and when I need physical therapy again I will go back to Shasta Physical Therapy.

I have been to a few therapists through my adventures of hurting myself and trying to get problems fixed, this by far has been my best experience and they have made my shoulder pain go away and have my lower back more stable and in less pain than I have been in years. Currently working on my knee after surgery and it is moving along faster than I thought it was going to be. Really great job. The staff is always friendly and willing to help if you have questions or concerns about your therapy..

Shasta physical therapy is an excellent business. I have seen Gary for my PT but Andy is excellent too. Gary truly cares about the patients outcome. You have close interactions and get Better results as you see a therapist each appointment. I have been to 4 other physical therapy offices in town before Locating Them and I have returned to them consecutively. If you were looking for a place with patient centered care and measured Improvements and this would be a place for you.

This office is amazing! The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. They worked with my insurance and doctors to get everything going. I just had to show up. Nikki at the front counter is always so nice and she remembers your name immediately. All the aids are very friendly and personable. Gary is an excellent Therapist and I would highly recommend. I had a lot of pain from a bad fall and less than 2 months I'm back to feeling normal. Check them out first!

This was absolutely the worst PT experience I have ever had. I came in for pain in my lower/upper back and shoulders. My "evaluation" consisted of bending forward, sideways and stretching my legs. My physical strength was evaluated only with lifting my foot in a bridge position, which anyone with lower back pain would have difficulty doing. A comprehensive evaluation should include thorough testing of strength and flexibility, checking for symmetry and charting results. Nothing was tested for my shoulders and upper back and minimally for lower back if at all. Upon this joke of an evaluation, my therapist made the determination that just getting stronger would solve my back pain. Strong people are not immune to back pain. Actually, I am not that weak, but my therapist wouldn’t know this since he did only one strength test that I couldn’t do because of my back pain. So, my therapy consisted of some generic exercises which had nothing or little to do with my back or shoulders, just my legs (bicycling, lunges, calf exercises, leg stretches, etc.). I was shuffled off to a young girl, who was very nice, but did not seem to be qualified. She gave no instruction on correct form, breathing techniques, etc. For example, in doing lunges, it is important to keep hips squared, back straight, and looking forward instead of down. Form is especially critical for someone with back issues. The therapy session was a complete waste of time. I cancelled the rest of my appointments.
