My daughter ordered a corsage and a boutonniere Wednesday and we picked them up yesterday and the flowers on the boutonniere were already starting to wilt so we called and we're told to come back in today and they would take care of it. So my daughter went there and they had told her it would be about 20 minutes. Not a problem. So my daughter left and came back 20 minutes later and the owner decided she was going to be extremely rude to my daughter and ask her why she didn't come in sooner. My daughter explained she did and that she was told to come back in 20 minutes. The owner proceeded to tell her that she was busy and my daughter apologized and said that they were just there to get a replacement for the wilted flowers that we picked up yesterday. My daughter believed that maybe the owner was being disrespectful to the wrong customer. Either way, there's no need to be nasty to a 16-year-old who is being completely respectful and extremely understanding. If the flowers were better and didn't wilt within a matter of hours after getting them home and putting them in the fridge as we were told to we wouldn't have had to come back today to get new ones. There was no need for any of the nasty behavior towards my daughter. My daughter got her boutonniere and left and told me she would never be going back to this place again because she could not believe the attitude that she had received from the owner of this business. I had recommended my daughter go to this place because I've heard great things. But after what my daughter had to go through today I will no longer be recommending this place to anybody. Everybody has bad days. Me and my daughter totally understand that but there was still no reason to be as nasty as she was. We hope you have the day you deserve. And if in deed you are having just a bad day we hope your day gets better.... We all need to learn to be a little kinder to each other.

I have needed many flower arrangements delivered the past few years. Sassy plants is gracious to put up with my phone calls and my goofy stories of why I'm sending flowers. They are always friendly and professional (even though I am not).I appreciate their arrangements. They are always beautiful and get me out of the trouble I need flowers sent for.

What a great Florist shop. I lost my dog to Cancer and was gifted the most beautiful arrangement from Dana Park Animal Clinic. The florist was unable to deliver to me since I was out of their delivery zone ; but they were gracious enough to hold it for me so that when I was in town I could pick it up. Once I got there I feel in love with all of their beautiful plants and just had to take one home with me. Thank you for brightening my day.

The best place to get prom corsages and boutonnières! Everyone working is always so kind and helpful! Not to mention their work is incredible! I had a specific idea for how I wanted my corsage and boutonnière and they made it just right! Highly recommend!

Extremely friendly staff and the best variety of plants in town! I also believe the owner can get different plants in as per request. If not looking to buy, you should at least check this beautiful small business out! It's like a little plant museum.
