I have a monthly membership and love it. This morning my car needed extra attention as I had parked under a tree that dropped super sticky fruit onto it. It was stuck solid. The staff asked if I had a little extra time as they wanted to carefully and completely get the residue off. This extra bit of service makes me so happy. This team has the best customer service. Give them a try. You will be glad you did.

Never and I mean never go to this place. If you pay with your card they have it rigged where you automatically pay for a monthly subscription of $35. They will not call you back and will not reimburse you. Do not deal with sasquatch car wash. I'm taking them to court. I REPEAT. DO NOT USE YOUR CARD. CON ARTISTS. They charged me over$150 for unused fraudulent membership. I went there one time. I told them to review their camera footage. I was there once. Charged $150. It's not over. I will find out the owners names and make them public to redding so nobody else gets ripped off. Local truck driver

Had been through a heavy rain storm so my car was pretty dirty. As I went through the car wash, I noticed the side brushes on both sides were not functioning. After I got to my hotel in Red Bluff and got out of the car, I was very disappointed. The car was still VERY dirty. You know the saying, what’s worse than a dirty car… a partially clean car. By far the worst drive through car wash I’ve ever been through… and I’ve been through a lot of them. A waste of $15.

Love this car wash. I have a membership because my kids love going through the car washes. Well today I came to do our weekly wash with the kids, and I guess there was still mud in my finderwell that a newer staff member missed and they asked me to come back through the wash again so they can get it out. I would have never noticed the missed mud in the finder-well, but they did!

Went 1 x when they first opened and just realized they have been charging me monthly. Have yet to get through to someone. Minimum of 18 months charged at $30 a month. $540!!!!

Has all the necessary required needs to get the vehicle cleaned and protected plus any wash comes with free vacuums use. Also, you can buy air fresheners inside.

Exterior wash is great. Don't pay for full service though because there is no service. Yes you get to use the vacuum but there is no one cleaning your car out like most full service wash places. Another 15 dollars just to use the vacuum is not worth it. Also there were no towels to dry the car or clean the interior and the windows. Air nozzle to blow things out also not working 🤔

This is a good place to go if there aren't other convenient options. They are perpetually out of towels to dry your car. They have wipes for your dash but they keep them on the ground by the pay/scanners so you can't get them unless you get out of the car. They do a pretty good job of washing the car though so if that's all you're after you'll probably be happy.

We paid cash at machine and added a $1 to the bill.and receipt said see manager. Workers sprayed truck at beginning of wash, we drove through wash. Exited and went to find manager. Received our $1 was were told manager needed to restock cash machine.
Drove to our destination to find rear of vehicle wasn't washed.
If you go here count your change and check to see if your car is washed before you leave.

very disrespectful employee when i was in the tunnel . he looked indian and he was wearing a backwards hat. i had asked him nicely to scrub the roof of my car with the brushes. he couldn’t hear me at first because he had AirPods in , i asked again and he said “HUH” as he took them off. when i asked again he didn’t even acknowledge me he ignored me and put the airpods back in and he didn’t even scrub the roof!! when i got out of the wash and went into the office i asked him nicely to speak with his manager about the interaction and he said “he’s not here today” and when i asked for his managers phone number he said “i cannot help you” i commented how disrespectful he was ignoring me and my request to get the bugs off my roof , then he turned his back on me and put his AirPods back in!!! very disrespectful and will not be coming here again

I pay a monthly membership and go to get my car washed atleast 3 times a week the employees there are so nice and make it a quick experience. I have see the guys who run it and they are both really nice as well and your car comes out so much cleaner than at the other car washed in town for a better price.
