Great wash, worth every penny. I appreciate the free towels to dry my car. Vacuums were decent. The staff were great, offered to let me go through again but I said no because it was a good wash the first time. I will be back every time I drive through Redding. My car was caked in sap and bugs and this is the cleanest I've seen it in a long time.

Tried this car wash out for the first time as my car was filthy from a long road trip through the mountains. I got the second level wash for $15. There was only one person actually doing their job at the entrance pre-washing cars, a bleach blond boy who was working really hard, and a darker skinned girl was working on the passenger side of my car--except she was inside the office as I went by and not scrubbing that side of my car like the boy was. No big deal, because the machines usually do most of the washing. Not this time. I was extremely disappointed, the back of my car was just as dirty as when I had gone in, like no water had even touched it! And all over the front of my car where the pre-washing happened, all of these huge scuff marks I'm assuming from their brush. I know car washes aren't liable for damage but what the hell? Never coming through here again. My car came out more messed up than when I got there. Zero stars if I could.

Well, I ditched this service. I actually preferred it to Quick Quack, but the problem is one too many unannounced closures. It was becoming way too common that this place was closed early, or closed due to mechanical problems or, in the case of this last time, closed mid-day because they're "short handed." For a MEMBERSHIP BASED service, this is unacceptable.

Very fast service. As a member, the check-in is automated w license plate. Area is always clean and the staff seem to do a great job. The wash quality is very good w exceptionally strong drying process. The textiles and materials of the washing devices are safe for all car types. The self-cleaning areas are always very clean and spacious. There needs to be more access to the cleaning solutions as they have become very scarce. Used to have tons but probably many walk away so perhaps more smaller bottles to minimize loss? However, the cleaning bays are covered from the brutal Redding heat which is great. The vacuums "suck..." great. There is air for the tires which is a huge bonus. The microfiber clothes clean all aspects of the cars interior and exterior. Wish they open before 8 but they stay open late until 8.

how come it was closed yesterday April 9 2024 at 5:30 I came in to get a car wash and it was closed up and entrance was blocked off.

It is the best in town! Only~car~wash my rims come out clean.. I just have a2002 mini van but when I go to keep her shiny I will drive over to Sasquatch. Small or Big Foot Wash???? I even got one free last week?♀️??..I just pulled in& poof?

Here on vacation from Montana they did a great job manager noticed a little spot and rewashed the entire truck wish we had the quality of washes up there

I can't believe I even tried this place out! Im glad I got a membership threw QUICK QUACK CAR WASH in Anderson at least there wash has an amazing wax that protects ur car during when it rains n no bugs or even mud stick to ur car it's amazing! Ceramic wash is every car owner dream ...so with that said ..I won't be back to sasqwash again

We bought an upgraded wash and our car was filthy after the "Scrub and wash" cycle. Went back to get a refund and they let us go through again. Still just as dirty as when we first arrived. Will never go back. Total waste of time and money.

I got into line, had to stop snd pull put my reading glasses to actually read the screen to pick what I wanted and then that took too much time and timed out. I hit the screen trying to make a purchase and it wouldn't recognize the tap, the poke, the harder poke, tried a hand print tap and tried piking it on all parts of the screen with no luck. There wasn't ant attendant on site and has no turn around at that point. Thank goodness there was no one behind me because I had to back up quite a ways down the driven path to make a u-turn in the entrance and drive out the entrance to leave. Drove back up to my dependable regular car wash place on Lake Blvd because I could get a quick cheap good auto wash
