Saia was assigned to us from Office Depot. The workers were very communicative and timely. So communication is good but the actual delivery guy was awful. He dropped off our desk at the wrong place and refused to move it to our actual address. I was at work at the time, so my partner with a bad knee and back had to haul all of the big wooden desk pieces down the parking lot area. We also have stairs as well and these guys don't bring your goods up the stairs. The delivery truck driver was rude and dismissive. It would've been nice if he dropped the desk at our residence....

This company is supposed to follow a policy on delivery of certain items such as call a day before a delivery to set a time for someone to be available to inspect item for any damages but apparently the Redding branch makes their own rules and policies just rude when driver calls you to say he is delivering your item today and you can't just leave your job on that kind of notice

Dock workers are less then polite. They held my package for 12 days saying the address was residential when it was a business address. When I told them it was a business address they said we'll we did deliver cause no phone contact......would never recommend this company for shipping ever

I received a phone call prior to them delivery an expensive product. I was being helped by Michael over the phone, unfortunately they couldn't deliver due to nobody being home, thankfully they worked with me, offered excellent customer service, went above and beyond, just for me to get my Son's go kart who has been waiting forever. Thank you Michael

Almost lost my order. All kinds of excuses. Like truck broke down. Had to pick up order myself or wait 4 more days after waiting 3 weeks for a 5 day ship. Not impressed
